Breakfast was OK, not a buffet. You had to order from the menu. Possibly as it was Ramadan. During Ramadan it's very hard to find a place to eat in the evening due to Iftar pre-bookings. The hotel restaurant was booked out the night we stayed. I would recommend the hotel informs customers in advance of this challenge and help make a booking in a restaurant in advance. The hotel staff did try to help, but they should have anticipated this sooner as it effects all their guests during Ramadan.

Overall, I liked the hotel. The location is good for business travellers as it's close to the airport. The staff are very cooperative and kind.

Well, I guess the buffet spread at breakfast needs to change. It was the same for all the six days. Also, the name of the dishes along with veg/non-veg classification was missing.

One woman in the reception, she does not respect gusts even on my last day I booked a jacuzzi for two hours, but when I enter in the jacuzzi room I didn't get any instructions for any emergency and after one hour then electricity power got off and there is not emergency telephone to call reception.

The staff at reception was welcoming and accommodated us with an extra room for free as there were slight differences in my booking which led to some confusion. She went out of her way to ensure we had a comfortable stay and was really friendly. The private spa is a must - I recommend anyone staying over to book the private spa - it's great for couples or families and completely private.

When evaluating, you always have to consider the performance in relation to the price. Short summary: I would book it again. We had a very nice stay. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. The staff of the hotel super friendly and helpful. We used the hotel mainly for sleeping and a short breakfast in the morning (We planned to have the real meals outside). We used the private spa on the last night which was reasonable in price. #The hotel, the staff and the location (We specifically wanted a hotel that was a bit quiet, but convenient). o Location a bit outside (about 20min by car from the center), but close to the airport (8min). For us it was perfect. Hardly any traffic. o A few restaurants nearby. I recommend eating in town though. o A small market and shopping facilities 5 minutes by car from the hotel. o The hotel has its own 100% HALAL restaurant. There is some food available at usual prices. But we only drank fresh! squeezed juices and had breakfast. There is a wide selection of different foods, cakes, salads, etc.... There also seem to be locals coming for breakfast (not the hotel buffet), celebrations or dinner. Some of the staff could have been friendlier. There are different egg dishes, sausage, cold cuts, juice from the machine, fruit, cereals. It could be richer. I found it ok

The breakfast could have been a little richer. It is a bit annoying that the kitchen of the restaurant closes at 9:30pm.

It is a muslim hotel, so there is no beer in a buffet. It is not a problem but take it into consideration before booking

Room was exceptional! We even got the Superior Queen room for the same price, which was really an amazing touch. We loved it. Private spa is also very cool.

The only small detail was that we booked a private spa at the certain time, but the booking wasn’t registered so spa wasn’t available at that time. However, we managed to book it at another time at reception.

Nothing, everything was fine!

Highly recommend hotel,in Khalja with a stunning greeny landscape hotel. Manager Mr. Yasmin made our dream come true to celebrate our baby one year old birthday party by making full arrangements from a unique delicious cake to baloons and other party arrangements. It was such a memorial event. Also ,he upgraded the room for a bigger size room and with an amazing view. He made our travel to Sarajevo a memorial, and we extended to stay longer and definitely will keep visiting them soon. Also, I would like to thank Mr Mofeed and other hotel staff for their help at our stay. Abdulla Alzeyoudi

Nothing was all great

We booked 2 rooms and were very impressed with them both. We arrived early and wanted to leave our bags at Reception while we went into the city. The very pleasant receptionist said that she was upgrading us and we could have the keys immediately. Wow. What fantastic rooms. We stayed in 201 and 202 which have adjoining doors should you prefer to use them. The rooms are modern, luxurious, spacious, well equipped, very clean with a good, strong shower. All of the staff were friendly and professional. We used the restaurant twice. It has a separate room for smokers, so everyone is happy. This is a high quality hotel without charging extortionate prices.

We didn't realise this is a halal hotel, therefore we couldn't have wine to go with the evening meal. There are vegetarian options on the menu, but vegans will have limited options. That weren't huge issues for us, but we know it might be for some. None of these things would prevent us from staying at this wonderful hotel again.
