The room was big and clean, the toilet was clean. Reception staff ( Amna) was kind to me.

Breakfast was poor and I suggest booking without breakfast, the water boiler in the room was extremely dirty, hair dryer was old and not good, I asked for a clothes iron and they brought it to my room but was dirty, some receptionist were not friendly and the gym was not good (poor ventilation and old machines).

It wasn't my first stay in Radon Plaza and definitely not the last one. The reception staff was really friendly and helpful. The room was big and clean. Nice bar in the lobby...

Smoking in a bar was allowed at the time of my visit, which I didn't like. Breakfast was not bad but could be better.

We were in Sarajevo for a musical performance. We had a room booked at the same hotel where the artist was performing. That hotel room was unacceptable, dirty, old, had mold, spiderwebs and very cold, so we decided to look for a different hotel. Radon plaza hotel was directly across the road and had rooms available. It was the best choice and incomparable to the 1st hotel. Our room was clean, spacious, warm, had a beautiful view and very comfortable. Staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. Great night rest with an amazing breakfast after a late night.

Nothing, everything was great

Excellent facilities, clean rooms, very friendly and helpful staff, speaking good English and would go the extra mile to fulfill your requests. Great breakfast served on the top floor with amazing panoramic views of the area around the hotel. Would definitely come back. Highly recommended.

A bit far away from the city center

Amazing Staff. Dalela, Reception Staff, Adnan and Sandi are all great people. The breakfast lady is amazing! The people in restaurant are amazing humans!

The freezer was broken and did not work. Room temperature could be probably adjusted to 19/21 - for some reason i was hard to change it using temperature gauge.

Best beds and pillows in all of Sarajevo, compared to other 5-Star hotels there. Loved how spacious the rooms were and very clean. Breakfast buffet was very good especially when we would ask for freshly made waffles and eggs. The 360 view of town from the restaurant is fantastic. Staff were the nicest people especially the manager Aida, she’s amazing and super professional. We enjoyed our upgraded suite very much! Location was very central for taking taxi to main attractions and also not far from the airport. I highly recommend it for longer stays.

Lobby, like most hotels and malls in Sarajevo, had a lot of cigarette smoke smell. That’s it.

Not much choice for breakfast, but what is there is good quality

Excellent room, location, restaurant, parking and especially personnel, who is very polite, professional and sort of "old school", what fits this hotel perfectly!

Nothing really, maybe just a remark to refresh the fitness a bit..., but sauna was a great add on!

Beautiful hotel Comfortable stay

Over worked staff in the revolving restaurant. Breakfast ran out of dishes and there was no one to refill them. Only three people were serving the breakfast who were over worked and could not serve the customers.
