very large room, very large bathroom, large swimming pool, very good breakfast, large meeting rooms, trams 6 and 3 10 minute short walk from hotel, free and huge parking spaces

insufficient staff numbers at reception desk, staff engagement with customers not great, kept having to ask for towels and bathrobe, towels a bit 'tired', indoor swimming pool could do with a major revamp, I don't think it is a five star hotel but has the potential with size of the rooms to become one if management invest in the points above

Negative Experience – Dated July 3, 2025: Unfortunately, the reception experience was not good, especially with the two female staff members at 7:00 PM, as there was no cooperation or professionalism in their behavior. Only one male staff member had a better attitude. I also forgot some personal items in the room and informed the reception, asking for them to be retrieved. However, I had to wait for more than half an hour despite being in a hurry to catch my flight. The excuse was that there was only one staff member available to go upstairs and bring the items. Although I was told the items were found, I was forced to leave without them due to the delay. The overall treatment was unprofessional, with no consideration for the guest’s situation.

The performance was beyond its price. Foods are very good both at breakfast and dinner. We loved pools and the slides. Our room was very spacious, and receptionists were all very helpful and kind to us.

Some elderly Restaurant staff were very rude. At once, one of them pushed my wife and the other one scolded me when I was toasting at breakfast. Probably, they were fed up with the some certain tourist profiles.

The room includes breakfast. I have never seen in my life such a rich breakfast offer like here. The room is clean and very spacious. Towels, slippers, bath robes, hangers everything was right there. Elevators way too many, you never had to wait. Although the hotel seemed almost fully booked, the rooms are quiet. No noisy neighbors, you can sleep very well here. They had parties almost every night at the conference area, so if you arrive late to the parking lot, it could be difficult to find an empty spot. Parking is free of course, I was here around the end of the year, it explains all the parties. Again, despite the parties the hotel is quiet. SPA is excellent, bar is excellent, and everyone at this hotel was very friendly and helpful.

Nothing comes up in my mind.

This hotel is in not in the downtown but with a nice swimming pool and thermal spring. The room is equipped with good facilities including a nice and big sleeping bed and sofa. The swimming pool is also very big including both indoor and outdoor part.

It seems this hotel receives many tour groups. And the breakfast service to handle many tour groups is not that speedy. The parking plot to the main road does not have a traffic light.

The complex offer convenience for those that would like to have more services (rest, food, swim, relaxation and small shop) in one place. The room was looking good and it was spacious. What I also liked was the breakfast that offered a lot of alternatives depending on each taste. The parking is spacious also but in the sun with very few places covered.

Intention of holding the passport While I was doing the checking the receptionist placed my passport in a locker stating that he will keep it there until checkout. I had to mention twice that I will keep my passport for him to return it

We loved almost everything. The room was great and very clean. The pool and spa was excellent. You had everything you could wish for for breakfast. Plenty of restaruants nearby and good food in the hotel. The Staff was alright.

We did not like that The Kinderland is not included in the price because the children wanted to be there every day and when you are paying so much for a hotelroom then this should be included. The suroundings of the hotel need to improve. We did not understand why we could not go with the bathrob to the spa.. like in so many other hotels in Sweden where we live, you go wearing a bathrob of Course, but here it was forbidden. So why do you have a bathrob even in the hotelroom?

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Hills. From the moment we checked in until the day we left, the receptionists and staff were incredibly helpful and kind. One thing that stood out to us was how well the staff communicated — not only in English, but also in Turkish and Arabic, which was a big plus. Special thanks go to Eldina and Ali at the front desk. Their warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism truly made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel facilities are excellent. The swimming pools are clean, well-maintained, and perfect for both families and couples looking to relax. Everything you need is there to unwind and enjoy your time. The prices were also very reasonable — especially for a five-star hotel. We found the value to be really good. Inside the hotel, there’s also a small shop where you can buy food, drinks, and snacks at prices comparable to what you’d pay on the street. It’s very convenient and adds to the overall pleasant experience. All in all, a great place to stay — highly recommended!

The room was large, as well as the bathroom. The bed was big and so comfy. Spa has various saunas, showers and relax room. Breakfast buffet had a lot of different food, desserts and beverages. Staff was very attentive and helpful. The location, even though it's close to the airport, is great as there is almost zero noise so in combination with fantastic mattresses it is a bingo for a great night sleep. To reach the city center, you gave to drive around 30 mins, but there's a plenty of parking so it is easy.

The overall maintenance could be a bit better (balcony table had a hole in it, only one hook for towel in the bathroom was half-screwed, the soap containers at the sink and in the shower were empty,..) as well as the hygiene (most of the plates during brrakfadt were stained, also spa floors are constantly wet and dirty, etc).
