The view from our bedroom window of the city was incredible, and you may struggle to find a better one from anywhere in Sarajevo with the exception of Mt Trebevic. The owner was lovely and met us on arrival, allowing us to check in far earlier than the advertised check in time which was great given how early our flight was. He even booked us a taxi to the airport home which was helpful as Uber don't operate in Sarajevo and neither of us spoke Bosnian. The location is great. About a 10 minute walk, or very cheap taxi, to the old town and city centre, including other attractions like the cable car. About 30 minutes in a car from the airport too. Not a luxury hotel but hit the spot on every level, especially for the very low price. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Great budget option in close proximity to Sarajevo Old Town. Our room was very clean, the bed was comfy. At night it's pretty calm considering you're so close to the city center. The room and the shared terrace have a pretty city view. There is a common kitchen area with a big fridge (works well for preparing smaller meals). The owner Mahir was very welcoming, communication was easy and fast.

We're only giving 9/10 because it was a big hustle to find the place, GPS/Google doesn't work in this area of the city and there is no sign of the hostel's name on the building. Our advise: pick Hotel Saraj as your final destination, it is very close. Then when facing the hotel you have to turn right up a steep hill and immediately take a left (further up the hill), you'll be in front of the guesthouse.

Very good location for car driving, free car park, very friendly staff. Just walk a little bit could easily get to the yellow fortress, old town plaza, city hall etc. The view spots are just nearby. Room’s clean and super comfy. Has a very good view point of the city. Mr.Mahir is a very nice person. We had a very good hotel experience here.

Everything is just perfect.

Very friendly and forthcoming staff. Helping with everything and every question. The reception is not always staffed, sometimes you have to look for someone in the building when you need something. But that's okay too, because it's seems to me like family business kind of hotel, so very few staff. still the rooms were very clean, comfortable beds and the value for money is great.

Only one thing to mention, and this is not even the hosts fault: The street in front of the guesthouse is quite busy, with cars roaring uphill all night. ear plugs recommended!

Spacious room with everything you need for a short stay. The building is a few minutes walk from the centre - but you have to walk up a bit to reach the place. Kettle, coffee and tea was available all day. The host was kind and responsive. We could park our car in front of the building. The view is great!

Prepare that it was cash only.

Everything was perfect. Rooms are very clean and a nice terrace with amazing views. The host was very polite and makes you feel immediately welcome. Short walk to the city center and private parking. To navigate to the hotel put on google maps the neighboring hotel Saraj for easy navigation to the guest house.

Hotel is 10 minutes from historical center of Sarajevo. We stayed there at the beginning of August and even though there was no air conditioning in the room, it was very comfortable to sleep because the hotel is on a hill and surrounded by trees.

Additional fee for pets (not big but anyway). There was no kitchen and fridge in our room so double check the list of facilities if you need them.

Room was modern and looked nice. The lighting in the room was wery good. There is lot of communal space for visitors. (kitchen, dining area, terrace) Our host was very helpful and gve good information. We were able to keep our car outside the hotel and the parking space was moniored. The hotel is surrounded by big trees and the shade keeps rooms cooler even in hot days. We felt no need to use air conditioner altough it was available.

Amazing place. Large room and wonderful view of the city. Wonderful patio. Big nice bathroom. Felt a bit like staying in an old mansion that was completely renovated, but kept the old feeling. A nice place. Great value.

It was not signed and it was pretty hard to find. I did add an arrival time in booking.com but needed to call the number provided to find it and alert the staff that they needed to show up from some other property to check me in. But once in, it was wonderful, although a bit of tricky walking to get to the pedestrian zone of the old town.

The room was clean, owner of the hotel was friendly and helpful. Also, all rooms have perfect view with beautiful nature of Sarajevo.

It is close to the center which is around 15 minutes by walking but the path is not well-lighted and has an inclined plane.
