Very clean, good breakfast, and good location

The door is locked 24/7, so, guests must depend upon the person on duty to be immediately available to come to the door to let them in. While I appreciate the security, this can also be a bit inconvenient.

Friendly staff from the reception to the breakfast area. Shout out to Alia in the front desk during the day for all her assistance with car pickup for airport and guide of the City. Room is cozy and neat. Free breakfast is good and okay.

Allthough room 32 is on the Roof top because we are group of 4, difficult for tall people in the bedroom and especially bathroom. There is no shower curtain because it's a bath tub & water everywhere, had to sit down while taking a shower. The heating system in the room needs maintenance, need to release some air. No bidet so imagine where to wash it. Breakfast would be nice with some Bacon or Sausages like the usual 4 Star Hotel. It would be great if they serve Local sweets like Baclava for dessert but there is None at all. No Hot Cocoa, No bread toaster, Only one variety of Juice drink.

Best part about staying at this hotel was meeting Edisa on the reception. She was amazing, wonderful energy , lovely smile and went above and beyond to help us with a lot of queries we had. Edisa made this stay wonderful. Hotel was great for the value, very clean and comfortable beds. Location was wonderful, a 5 min walk to the bustling old town with food, shopping and everything you needed for the stay with lots of historical points

location was very central to the old town. We tried the breakfast for 1 day and it was very reasonable and very good. Staff were very helpful and more than happy to give suggestions for places to eat and things to go. Aliya was always happy to help us and was very attentive to our needs.

windows were not completely noise proof and this affected our sleep at night a couple of nights. i was told it would be a continental breakfast which is fine, but i would have wished they offered some traditional options from the local area.

It is a small hotel located on a busy street, close to the old city center (just a few minutes walk). The room was comfortable and well noise-insulated. There was a smart TV connected to the internet in the room, which was a nice feature. The restroom was clean and comfortable. We could use a kettle to prepare a tee which isn't always obvious in other hotels. The staff were very nice and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

There was some leakage from the washbasin outflow. Please take care of that and there will be nothing to complain about.

What I liked most about were the perfect hardness of the mattress, for me at least, that sent me into deep sleep every night, the roof windows that contributed to a spiritual vibe while I did my morning exercise, and the warm hospitality of Andrea at the reception, which means a lot for a solo traveler.

It would probably be a good idea to inform the guests beforehand that, during winter months, the heat would be turned off overnight so that AC could be instead turned on before bedtime.

We experienced no problems during our stay. The staff was solution-oriented and helpful. Andrea was particularly helpful. Reserving a parking spot prior to your arrival is a must since they have limited indoor park options. But they do their best to accommodate you.

The breakfast options were actually good, including fresh fruit. But it would have been even better if they had provided gluten-free options. Also, I wish the check-in time would be earlier. 2 pm is too late.

Friendly and helpful staff! Breakfast is like it is in small hotels, but definitely nothing to complain about, everything was delicious. Own garage is absolutely a big plus. The room was clean and nice, air-conditioning worked well. I loved the book decorations all over in the hotel. The location is wonderful.

All the noise outside and inside can be heard very easily. Wi-fi worked well in the morning, but in the evening, it had to be re-connected all the time.

Excellent location, walking distance to all attractions, markets and public transportation Wonderful hospitality by owners (administrator) they are fully responsive and helping for all queries. When we decide to visit Mostar city at very early morning which before breakfast opening time, Administrator lady prepared for us sandwiches and some fruit packs. She was very kind. Breakfast was also very good and more than enough Rooms were very clean and hotel was quite for sleep and rest.

Hotel is near the centre of the old part Sarajevo. Nice spacy room with good bathroom. Very clean room. Parking spot near hotel. Very polite staff.

Breakfast was ok. Fried eggs cold. There's definitely room for improvement. If they buy a container for heating food and throw in two or three types of salami and cheese, they can comfortably increase the price of accommodation. I'd definitely come back again
