The rooms were impeccably clean and very comfortable, making our stay relaxing and enjoyable. The location was absolutely fantastic—just a 2-minute walk to Baščaršija, the heart of the city. It was incredibly convenient to explore the area and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of Sarajevo. A perfect spot for anyone looking to experience the city's charm!

We were very disappointed with the parking situation. Despite calling a month in advance to reserve a parking spot, none was available when we arrived. This caused significant inconvenience as we had to find alternative parking nearby, which ended up costing us €100 for two cars for two days. This unexpected expense and lack of organization were frustrating and detracted from our overall experience. Clearer communication and better management of parking reservations are needed.

hello everyone, I want to share my experience about this hotel, first of course I read reviews and was curious if it really was such a well-scoring hotel in real. I can recommend everyone to book at this hotel, first of all, they have very clean rooms, staff is super friendly, location just can't be better, 5 minutes walk to center (Baščaršija) Car parking can be difficult, but they do have a solution for that, they take your car key and as soon as there is a free space your car will be parked, it is difficult to park in the whole centrum of Sarajevo. In addition, the owners are Turks, so communication was very easy for us. Once again I would like to say a big thank you to the staff and owner for welcoming our family. And I would especially like to thank Mrs Nuray and Mrs Selinay and of course we can't forget the grandfather. :))

There was no minibar/refrigerator in our room, but we were allowed to use the hotel's refrigerator for our food and drinks.

The staff were really friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. The location was really good, a very short way (one road) from the centre to you were right in the middle but on a slightly quieter side road. Room was huge, clean and tidy, style was a little tired, but all ok. Ground floor can be a little noisy with people coming and going, but was fine.

The location is great, wery close to old town,clean and staff is very friendly .

I dont like the air conditioner, which is portable and can't cul aur in apartments, all nights is wery hot. Breakfast is so simple .

Location 2 min from old town, a bakery opposite, local convenience stores 2 minutes away. Parking was sorted by hotel. Best location

AC in down stairs apartment is a portable unit, it was not sufficient at all.

This hotel is a family business, and they really care about their guests! It’s perfectly located near historical city center. It’s actually 11/10

Internet connection might be faster, but unless you are there for work it’s more than fine 👌

The building is in the center of the city, old town. Great hotel if you would like to feel the Sarajevo and its soul. My room was extremely big, clean and comfortable. The weather was so nice during my stay, so I enjoyed my stay in Sarajevo. The workers in the hotel were so polite and friendly, special thanks to receptionists.

Very friendly and helpful staff provided all kinds of recommendations for eating and sightseeing in the city. Hotel is just minutes away by foot from the old Ottoman quarter. Wonderful breakfast with local delicacies, many of which were homemade.

The property is in the center of Sarajevo. It is a cozy place with beautiful and comfortable rooms. I have stayed on the second floor, my room was a big one where I had a lot of space for everything, it was clean and nice. Special thanks to hotel Berr staff since they were really helpful and friendly. Definitely I recommend everyone to stay here if they visit Sarajevo!

I visited Sarajevo because of my business meetings. I have stayed in this hotel before, this was my forth stay in the Hotel Berr. I enjoyed my stay and short vacation. My room was clean and tidy, also the bed was so comfortable. My warm reccommendation for everyone, especially if you want to stay at the very center of the city. Best location :) Best staff :)
