The breakfast was excellent and varied, everyone can find what they like. The location is excellent, it is in the central area.

Unfortunately a new building is currently being built across the street which spoils the stay in the hotel. The hotel employees are aware that this is a problem, but there is nothing they can do about it. The pool and spa are good, but they are not only available to hotel guests, they are also allowed to be used by outside guests. Fortunately, the owner of the hotel banned access to such guests due to inappropriate behavior.

Good value for money, location, modern and clean room, which was perfect for a family 4.

Smoking is not prohibited in the restaurant. I know It is normal many countries, but I really hate. Nobody care about smoking even if you have dinner with children.

Excellent location just a walking distance from the main gondola lift for skiing and sightseeing. The hotel itself is nicely decorated with a wonderful spa with swimming pool open until late. Food buffet or à la carte are very good. Best place for a quiet and relaxing stay.

Food and location perfect! Very rich food choice, every day different, it could meet everyone's taste.

Sheets in the room should be changed if seen dirty during stay. Carpet with some stains

Hotel lift wasnt in function.

The Hotel requested payment from me at the reception desk for our stay, even if I made payment over booking.com earlier. This way I had to pay twice for our stay, and now I am having a lot of troubles getting my money back.
