The property is very close to the old town and to everything and parking is a plus. It is clean and the beds are comfortable. The people are friendly and willing to help and speak English. We loved the place and would recomand it.

The property is located on a sort of hill so keep that in mind if you have mobility issues. I am not saying it as something bad, just as a fact. Also be prepared to pay with cash everywhere in Sarajevo.

The location to the old city was good with a ten minute straight walk downhill . Yes, uphill coming back! Breakfast was good and the room, however very small indeed it was, as you could not pass each other but had to take turns if going out or going to the bathroom, was ok. Linen nice and the mattress firm. In spite of being on a busy road the room was quiet, but you needed to keep the window closed making the room airless.

No kettle in the room but there was a fridge. Very tight parking. Coffee sachets at breakfast were only with sugar or with sugar and cream. I had to bring my own nescafé as i like the coffee black.

A great little family run hotel if you want to explore the old town of Sarajevo this is a really good option to stay at, great hosts, very friendly and very attentive. Keep in mind going back on foot from the old town its quite a steep climb uphill for about 500 meters so its definitely something to keep in mind when booking

The parking is very small and narrow however as parking space in and around Sarajevo old center is a big challenge this is a welcome option.

Staff are amazing; mohammed and Edina. Very clean. Close to city centre [10 min walk from the Latin bridge Free parking. Terrace with amazing city view [Room 202].

The hotel is on a hill, so it is a bit difficult when returning back from the city.

Beautiful and polite staff, clear and large rooms. Mini bar, a place to put off shoes and laguage. Inside the toilet is a hair dryer, bath and sampoo. The hotel is very quite. The balcon is big. Sarajevo during night is my favourite picture which I will remeber from this place. The parking place is very protective with cameras and big doors which are closed during night but if You need to go somewhere, You get the keys. Accommodation is 10/10. Great breakfast, everything for everyone! The location is nearby main attractions, You can go by footsteps.

There is nothing I can complain about.

We felt as we were at our own home. Hotel / room are similar as advertised. Very good breakfast served in a comfortable space. Private and Secure parking space available( we requested a spot in advance). 5-7 minutes walk away from the old town. Edina and Edin were extremely helpful and welcoming. We would definitely stay in Nacional Hotel again once we are back to Saravejo.

Very small room. You cannot freely move around after unpacking two suitcases

The location is excellent for exploring the city center, free parking is a big plus, free coffee and tea is a nice gesture, views from the room were very nice.

Some chaos with the parking since the reception was closed and guests wanted to leave but other cars were blocking them.

Everything was very clean, nice bathroom and very comfortable beds. Parking inside the hotel yard was very convenient. Communication with the hotel was very good, they have answered our questions within very short time.

Hotel je apsolutno uredjen, odlicno opremljen, smjestaj odlican. Dorucak prebogat, a domacini i vise nego predivni.

Jedini problem koji hotel ima, jeste grijanje.. Imali smo klimu u sobi koja na zalost nije mogla da ugrije sobu a posebno ne kupatilo koje je bilo doslovno ledeno...
