Close to city center and very calm.

Not possibile to regulate temperature. It was super hot in the room. Opening windows did not help. Also the sink was broken.

Great value for money, great location, friendly owner and staff, big comfortable bed. We booked a junior suite for 22€ per night. The room was very clean, but attention to detail could be better (shower head and hose need repair or replacement, shower seal between the glass planes needs attention, random sticker on the ceiling in the living room, more towels and tp wouldn't hurt...). Overall, the location is great (no need to rent a car at all), the place is very clean, the bed is big and comfortable, and there's a TV in the bedroom and in the living room (overkill, but nice to have). The shower is functional, but would be much better with very little investment and effort. The owner is a local guy, friendly and knowledgeable and is happy to share advice on great local gems to visit and eat in (I regret we didn't ask earlier, stayed for 9 days, only asked on the 7th).

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful hotel in Sarajevo, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect for exploring the city. It was conveniently situated just a short walk from the absolutely beautiful central street which was lined with charming cafes, shops, and historical sites. Being so close to the heart of Sarajevo, I was able to immerse myself in the local culture and visit many attractions on foot. The room itself wasn’t big but clean itself and had everything we’ve needed. The price was very reasonable, especially considering the quality of service and the prime location of the hotel. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a visit to Sarajevo. The combination of the friendly staff, convenient location, cleanliness, and fair pricing makes it as a good choice.

Little window because the room was at the rooftop and WiFi was super slow

The hotel receptionist was very friendly and helpful and told us some things about the area. He spoke good English. There is a private car park, but we found a place on the street opposite the hotel and were told it was safe there. It was free to park there. The hotel was very clean and quite easy to find as I recognised it from the pictures on booking.com. We were given a pin number to use after 8pm to get into the hotel. We spent 2 nights here, and the next day, the cleaners had cleaned and tidied our rooms. The location was about 7-8 mins walk from the old town and also about 6-7 mins walk to the cable cars. This was great as we got to experience more of the area, and local people. The local people were very kind. There are 2 grocery shops nearby - one almost next door to the hotel, and the other one a few more metres up the road. Also a very delicious bakery near the corner, when walking to the old town.

Staff were friendly, place was close by to Latin bridge and the old town. Place was clean and comfortable.

Staff leave the hotel at night (9pm till 9pm). It's hard to get in touch with staff after thus time, kind of left to your own device. Garage was hard to park into. (Slope getting into the garage eas too high) and you have to use a garage key fob to open the door to the garage which is on the reception desk, no staff so you walk over and grab it. No breakfast anymore, so booking.com needs to be updated.

Everything was great, the facilites are new, everything is clean, staff is great and the location is perfect, couple of minutes walk to the old center. And it is a great deal for such a hotel at that price.

We made sure over booking that the hotel has parking before we came because we needed a parking spot and we were checking in late. We parked in front of the hotel, because there was no information on where is the parking from the hotel. It would be good in the envelope where they give you information about the room and entrence when it's late and the receptionist is not at the desk that they leave this information also. To be fair there was a phone number to call and ask, however we didn't want to disturb since we already saw parked cars in front of the hotel and no body made an issue for parking on the sidewalk.

We were greeted by one of the hotel members I believe Amir (sorry if I didn't remember correctly 🙂). Gent was super polite and helpful,like the rest of the team we met throughout our stay. The hotel is on perfect location, only few minutes from center and comes with a big plus, a garage. The room was more than enough for our stay, very clean and had everything we needed with one of the comfiest beds I've ever slept in. 😃 Thank you Hotel Bistrik.

Location is fantastic: very close to all city attractions, taxi stations, trams etc. Easy access in the hotel at any time, car garage is available. Flexible check in and check out. Staff at reception is friendly and any communication on WhatsApp is answered timely.

Internet is fairly bad. because of poor internet TV is not reliable .

Very good hotel with a great location five minutes walk from the central ‘bazaar’. The rooms are very cozy and comfortable with good sound insulation. If you want to visit Sarajevo, this hotel is for you. There was a problem with arriving at the hotel, but the staff solved this problem. The price is very reasonable, for such a price you will not find any decent hotel. I advise everyone.

Great location, hotel is very clean and rooms are very nice.

Upon arrival we asked receptionist about payment methods and asked if we can pay with EUR and he agreed. Couple of hours later (as we came earlier) upon check in, receptionist said that he only accept certain amount which he did not mentioned earlier. Our room had a broken window which can be only closed with screwdriver, i reported that to the same receptionist and he said that the window is working just fine.
