Location and the cooperative staff all over.

The furniture of the front apartment especially in high floor is not per the shown picture in booking. It lacks kitchen cabinets ( top side , microwave) and dining table is small. Light on the dining is limited to one ceiling lamp. The living room as well as main bedroom lack the rocking / relaxing chair. The main bedroom also lacked the dressing tables’ chair. The advisement made by a social media influencer get multiple of relaxing chair in each corner of the apartment which not true in actual considering two apartments I used to stayed in for more than two weeks.

Reception staff not fully supportive specially during check out not supporting by trolley or any support he is carelless. The windows do not have a net that prevents insects from entering at night, which prevents enjoying the outdoor atmosphere at night. There are no daily cleaning services for the apartment such as hotels, and it is just a very simple towel change and cleaning

Good location and nice apartment with river view

The air conditioning was not working for ten hours,I tried to contact with manager but at mid night,but he informed the reception employee to tell us that he can’t do any thing and we have to wait until morning without air conditioning, that’s make us upset with care less responsibility

Underground parking and outside parking. Friendly people at reception Close to the airport Clean, modern furnished and spacious apartment. Shops and cafes & tram stop nearby. Utilities in the apartment AC/Heater in all the rooms. Apartments are cleaned up every 3 days with new towels and linen provided

The dryer in the two-in-one washing machine wasn't great. We had to use the airer to dry out clothes properly. Underground car park isn't open 24 hours.

Firstly I like the welcoming from lady staff (I did not remember her name) she is kind and polite . Also, I like the location of building , it’s close to small river , city , park. The apartment was clean .

I don’t like the attitude of “Tarik” recipient, because I sent them an email for delay check out and they accepted and when I check in I repeated my request and it’s approved , suddenly in the last minutes Tarik came and keep nocking the flat door and ask us to check out immediately . Really it was impolitely .

I have already booked a deluxe apartment. The apartment is clean, spacious and equipped for daily cooking.

The deluxe apartment is enough for four people, while my family consists of five people, and this is my choice mistake

a beautiful and very well equipped apartment

after check in I reported that no TV channel was working on the only one TV in the apartment. Someone tried to fix it but failed and promised that it would be fixed in the morning. I stayed without a TV for 3 days :-(

The place was clean and well-equipped, with everything I needed. The staff were helpful. I also loved the café and restaurant right downstairs—super convenient and really good food. Great stay overall!

New and modern spacious apartments. Would definitely stay there again.

The only things I didn’t like was 1. It was a little hard to find when we arrived at night and 2. The quality of the shampoo in the shower.
