What I liked most about Lavina Hotel was its perfect blend of modern elegance and cozy comfort. Based on my review, there wasn’t anything I disliked about Lavina Hotel. The property offered a perfect blend of modern elegance, cleanliness, and family-friendly amenities, making it an ideal choice for a winter vacation. If there were any minor issues, they were overshadowed by the overall exceptional experience.

The hotel was so kind to give us an upgrade. Our room was large and tidy, very clean. Great shower and nice amenities. Location is amazing, almost on the top of the mountain and people would skii on the lanes around it, we could see from our bedroom window. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious, with many different options. The evening event was also very nice to attend, with live music and good environment. Staff was very kind and considerate.

The food was a little cold and the bar was a bit expensive. The saunas were small and one of them was under maintenance, but it didn't bother us as most of the guests were skiing. The pool could have been warmer, but it wasn't a problem either.

The position is perfect, ski-in-out. Breakfast is decent. The rooms are clean and tidy.

The rental service is terrible. I would avoid it in a wide, wide circle, if possible. A guy renting equipment can't answer nor understand basic ski-related questions. They imply that everyone renting must be an absolute beginner. He even laughed in my face openly on some inquiries, which is simply unprofessional! Almost everyone on the staff was rather negative and under stress on the days of my stay. I found a single staff member who was happy to be there - Magdalena, and I thank her for the excellent service. She is the sole reason this is an eight, not a five mark.

Nice pool, kids club, restaurant. Most of the staff members were friendly and happy to help. Special thanks to Angela for looking so well after our children in kids club

A bit far from the main lifts

I loved the staff, really helpful and polite.

Cleaning lady walked in 4 times trying to clean it, even though she was told twice there is no need for her services.

The rooms are spatious, spa and pool area was clean, buffet is tasty We return yer after year during our summer motorbike tour

the buffet could have wider variety of foods Smoking is allowed in the restaurant part generally in BiH :(

Amazing mountain and skiing, great food, amazing women, great entertainment... highly recommend it 👌

Stupid new law allowing smoking in bars

Food was great, lots of choices for breakfast as well for dinner and good quality. Stuff was helpful. After skiing it feels great to relax in the wellness center with sauna and the pool. Beds were cosy. We had a nice discount when we booked a room but the full price seems too expensive.
