Hotel was amazing. One of the best ones in this area. Staff was very friendly and helpful, accomodating. Hotel was very clean and well kept. Same with rooms and the pool area as well. Restaurant served amazing food, and the breakfast was simply delicious. We will definitely come back here!

The hotel was spotless and very clean, with a great location that made acessing ski lifts easy. However, the food was average.

The pool usage didn’t come with a high price, the staff at the pool lacked professionalism. The woman working there insisted I return the bathrobe before leaving, saying I couldn’t wear it back to my room. This left me walking in my wet swimsuit in the cold, as she refused to make any accommodation.

Osoblje je veoma ljubazno i spremno da pomogne. Objekat je na mirnom mestu, okružen šumom. Dobar izbor jela za doručak i večeru. Hotel je nov i moderno opremljen, wifi signal je dobar.

Trpezarija za nepušače je izdvojena i neprimetna, a glavna sala gde se služi hrana je i za pušače, umesto da je obrnuto.

It is new hotel, everything is oriented towards the guest, the staff is more than friendly, the location is completely surrounded by forest! However, the food is something special, it represents a fine selection of local products! It is more than worth for the price!…

Do not go here if you’re planning to ski, with family just skip it. They don’t care for skiers. This is hotel for relaxing. Explanation: we had half board included. Breakfast is from 8-10am ski area is opened at 9am. Everyone who wants to go skiing is on breakfast at 8. Ski bus start at 9am also… Diner is from 6-9pm. Night skiing is also from 6-9pm. So you cannot eat your dinner if you want to ski. We had to pay extra for dinner every day because we were here for skiing and we couldn’t come on time. Hotel didn’t not want to accept to give us discount if we cancel dinners…. Also there is no ski bus for night skiers. You have to go by your car or taxi. ONE WORD: SKIP IT IF YOU ARE WITH FAMILY AND YOU WANT TO SKI!!!!

The apartment was impeccably clean, and the location was excellent—just a 5-minute walk to the ski lift. They also offer a convenient mini-bus transfer to the ski area.

However, I rented two apartments for the same price, and one was significantly larger than the other. The reception insisted they were identical, but the only thing identical was the price, which is unfair considering the size difference.

The hotel is new, and the common areas were clean. They were helpful with our requests. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

The room cleaning was truly poor throughout our stay. Action should be taken on this matter. Since the hotel's location is far from the gondolas, the frequency of the ski bus schedule could be increased.
