• The reception staff were polite and helpful, quickly arranging a late checkout. Petar handled our checkout professionally. • The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. • The facilities for children are a nice addition, though there weren’t many kids during our stay.

• The staff in charge of breakfast and dinner were unfriendly and dismissive, often responding rudely to questions. • Dinner service felt rushed — food items ran out quickly and replenishment was slow. • Breakfast was decent, but the juice options were poor (cheap multivitamin juice and water), and the coffee was undrinkable regardless of the type (espresso, cappuccino, etc.).

Room size, size of the hotel, gameroom for the kids and the most important thing closeness to ski lift and ski tracks.

Unfortunately rooms and hotel are not maintained to highest standards and you can see many flaws, like walls that need to be painted, broken light switches, furniture that is old (broken), mouldy bathroom.... Hotel should be renovated...

The property is good rooms are nice with mountain balcony views, good size rooms with the normal expected things to find in your hotel room, it’s close to the ski lifts across the road in fact, the hotel has 3 bar areas, and they all server food. Breakfast and evening meal was included with my stay and was all good,

Nothing really everything was ok

Everything was neat and clean, the food was excellent, and the staff was incredibly friendly. Special praise goes to the waiter and waitress at the Paradiso café bar and restaurant—they were exceptionally kind, attentive, and made every visit a pleasure.

Did not have breakfast. However , menu for dinner is good, and palacinke were amazing. The staff and waitress was amazing. They really tried to make the stay the best.

The facility not having AC unit is a big minus. The windows do not have net so having the window open allows bugs to come in if you want to cool your room. Also, Smoking in restaurants is something that we don’t like as in North America it is not allowed and now having smoke during dinner is kind of disgusting. However, that is common in former Yugslavia.

We had a romantic package with spa and massage included and breakfast and dinner. The dinner was great but the breakfast wasn't as versatile as in the previous years, still it was ok. The room was really nice, and we even had the balcony. The massage was amazing.

We were really cold the majority of time. Our room was heated only in the morning and briefly in the afternoon, and there was no way to regulate individually the temperature. even the spa and some other common areas were chilly.

I have booked a special package and they definitely overdelivered all the package "contents". For at least 3 days we were the only guests and therefore all the staff focused upon our needs.

I can't complain, it was super.

We reserved our room with half board service. They had exceptional food, with a huge variety of meals to choose from. It was a great value for the money as the food is quite expensive in the local restaurants.

The mattress was not so comfortable and was worn out.

We made it at the end of the season (April), but weather was still great for skiing. There weren't many people and some facilities were closed for the season, like the kids: club, but the hotel helped find a babysitter, as well as an excellent ski instructor. The spa was better than expected, with a great massage and really hot Finish sauna.

Very clean, spacious, excellent facilities. The staff was professional, polite, friendly, and accommodating. Hotel was easy to find, beautiful surroundings.
