Everything except extra charge for the pool!

The Hotel charges for the pool, which is unacceptable!

There is no space for non smokers which is a little annoying for people who do not smoke. The air is stuffy and your clothes and skin stink of cigarette smoke. Not nice

This is a nice, modern, family-oriented hotel. Cleanliness and tidiness at a high level. The staff was very kind and helpful (especially receptionists and waiters). They made our stay more enjoyable for sure. Food is very delicious. Traditional Balkan cuisine. I am sure everyone will find something for themselves. We sincerely recommend the hotel, and we will definitely visit again.

The only minus for me was that smoking is allowed in café and restaurant area (that is why I rated is 9/10).

This is the best hotel I have been in Balkans! The location is fantastic with a lot of attractions for adults and kids. The hotel is superb, with high quality services, big rooms fully equipped, a very nice SPA, pool and even bowling. The restaurant is also very good, with very tasty food and a very unique selection of wines.

Maybe a Nespresso machine in the room would be great! But all the rest was great!

for couples without children shared spaces can be very noisy because of many children shouting smoking should be banned at least in general dining room and in front of the playground of children spa can be more equipped

Everyone is super kind and helpful. We enjoyed our stay immensely and will return for sure. The rooms are spacious and clean and everything is organised to make you feel welcome and at ease.

The food is fantastic in terms of quality, but the diner is heavily meat and seafood oriented. Some lighter options such as pastas would be nice.

Jahorina danas preizgradjena, ne vidi se priroda od betonskih zgrada. No, zahvaljujuci preppruci divnog recepcionera, gondolama smo otisli na vrh planine i uzivali u carima prirode kakva je nekad bila. Topla preporuka svima koji posjecuju ovu planinu ljeti.

The natural materials in the whole hotel are so pretty. Bedroom was nicely decorated, comfortable and practical. Even three people could stay there easily for couple of nights. The wellness area was pretty nice too. Luckily we run into only two other couples which was great in my opinion as I don’t prefer crowded places. Breakfast was amazing, lot of choices from salty to sweets.

Considering the cost for a night, one would expect a more diverse range of toiletries beyond just shampoo and hand wash.

Food is great. Location is fantastic, you can go out from hotel on the slopes. Staff is great and ready to help. Rooms are clean.

You need to extra pay for all facilities. Pool - you need to extra pay, billiards - you need to extra pay, bowling - extra pay, SPA - extra pay... Basically all things they list as facilities are there, but it is not included in price.

By far the best hotel on Jahorina in all aspects, very pleasant stuff, team in ski rental amazing, this was my 5th time in the hotel and I will be coming next winter

Sometimes early in the morning in the cafe you have to wait for expresso for 10 minutes or more
