I recently had the pleasure of staying at remarkable hotel Holiday, and I cannot praise it enough. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that truly set the tone for my entire stay. The attention to detail in every aspect of this hotel is astounding. The rooms are not only spacious and elegantly decorated but also impeccably clean. The bed was like a cloud, providing the perfect night's sleep. The staff deserves a special mention; they are a shining example of professionalism and friendliness. They went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met and even anticipated requests I hadn't thought of. The dining experience was a culinary delight. The restaurant offered a diverse menu that catered to various tastes, and each dish was a masterpiece. The breakfast buffet was a particular highlight, featuring an array of fresh, delicious options. The hotel's location couldn't have been better, with easy access to Sarajevo city center. I also appreciated the range of amenities available, from the well-equipped gym to the tranquil pool. It's clear that the hotel's management takes great pride in providing guests with an exceptional experience. My stay at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. I left feeling rejuvenated, pampered, and grateful for the outstanding hospitality.

Well located and perfect for an on-site conference, this historic hotel was better than I expected. I stayed at a newer, flashier, more expensive hotel nearby this past summer, and frankly I‘d choose Hotel Holiday again over the other one. Good breakfast, nice people, comfy beds.

The hotel is older so little things like slow drains and weak, loud air conditioning units are a thing. But overall I felt at ease here.

Very helpful staff (who spoke excellent English), very good location, very clean, good breakfast.

Only a small point: there was no bedside light - I mean a light you could switch off from bed.

We had a nice stay in Hotel Holiday during our business trip in Sarajevo.

Weakest link for me was actually the breakfast (my expectations would be higher for a 4* hotel and for a delicious Balkan cuisine).

The hospitality of the staff from my arrival up to the very end was superb. The food at Caffe Inn is amazing and the pool area is very relaxing.

Nothing in particular, although some areas of the hotel could use some refurbishment.

They didn't inform us before that swimming popl is out of services.

Location, staff, and airport shuttle makes this the perfect place to stay! They even packed me a huge breakfast because I had to leave for the airport before the breakfast hours began. Thank you for all you do!

Location is great. You are walking distance to the old city and amenities.

Common spaces need a refurbishment. Parking is like a rubbish bin.

The stuff was really nice and helpfull, when we left hotel they let us stay at their parking for the entire day, that was great. Also food was really good, room was amazing with nice view of Sarajevo.

We did try to go to the pool but there was a private party there with loud music and cans of beer throwned everywhere, honestly we were shocked to se that kind of behaviour is allowed in this hotel.
