Excellent hotel well located, 15/20 minute walk from the Baščaršija district. Modern with good facilities, including the S-One Sky Lounge, a pleasant bar with a beautiful view over central Sarajevo and its hills. Nice breakfast. Good parking garage, convenient for guests arriving by car. Definitely the place to stay in Sarajevo.

As for accommodation in general, be aware that during the Sarajevo film festival prices can rise a bit, as it is a high profile festival with the participation of international stars. This has nothing to do with this hotel in particular, just something tourists going to Sarajevo at this specific time should be aware of.

The room was absolutely massive and very clean. On check in, an iced tea was left for me in the fridge by the staff to welcome me. This was a nice touch as the city is very warm in the summer. Hotel is a convenient location within walking distance of the old town. Staff were very helpful.

This hotel is a little bit on the expensive side for Sarajevo, however, because it is a large international chain and the rooms were so big and modern I think it's worth it if you have the budget. For the price it would be nice if breakfast is included.

Very comfortable hotel with all the facilities you'd expect. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating of our early check in and late check out. They were also great for recommendations. The rooftop bar has fantastic views across the city

The location. For a tourist you're a good 15-20min walk away from the Old Town and City Hall where a lot of the attractions are. Not a deal breaker but after a while the walk back and forth can be tiring.

Clean, comfy, spacious twin room, friendly staff, comfortable bed- had a very good sleep, flight was in evening, checkout was at 12, we were given an extra hour to checkout, would use again

No hot water at night (maybe a eco thing), toilet had a frosted glass door which doesn't close flush onto door frame, there is a slight gap (this is by design) which means you can hear from outside the toilet, filter needs changing in the aircon

We had a wonderful time in this unique hotel. Magnificent view from the window to the embankment, which is a work of art in itself. Comfortable spacious rooms, breakfast - buffet. Parking - underground garage. Thank you for accepting us with dogs, we went to the exhibition. It was an exceptional trip to the capital of Bosnia.

They allowed me an early check-in I asked for. It is a busines-friendly hotel with available scanner, printer and copy.

When I asked what is the closing time for gym, the receptionist lady glanced and just said: “Gym is for hotel guests only”. Just because I am Bosnian speaking Bosnian, am I not worthy to be a guest of this hotel? Why would anyone assume I am not a hotel guest just because I am Bosnian? That was really (and i mean REALLY) disappointing.

The property was in a good location and the staff were very helpful. Rooms were stocked with tea and coffee (including creamer), body lotion and conditioner. Gym was well equipped with towels and water refill. It was Easter weekend and a nice touch was the little cakes they put out for people

Very good location in-between the old town and the government buildings SCC. The hotel was clean, and we made good use of the restaurant and var facilities.

There was a large event which took over the restaurant.... some tables should have been reserved for the hotrl guests.

Been here a few times before. Hotel is walking distance to the old city. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Breakfast buffet was great and staff always going out of their way! Rooms are clean and comfortable! Thanks to the Marriott team (Sarajevo) for surprising my son with some birthday cake.

Amazingly friendly, welcoming and helpful, especially Ms Dzenita from the reception. All information, best recommendations, either by restaurants, shops, sites, the best way for transportation inside Sarajevo, between cities and return home. And how keen to make sure we got the information even when we were a bit careless to follow up. We haven’t seen anything like this before.
