It is a good place for stay a couple of nights. It has exceptional breakfast. And the restaurant is very good and open until late.

We didn't like that there was no place to refill a water bottle so we had to buy plastic bottles which was very annoying since it contributes to the plastic pollution already a big problem in the island. It is a little effort to put a water refill station in the hotel that will reduce the use of hundreds of plastic bottles We send our clothes to wash they were perfectly washed and ironing however they send each piece in a different plastic bag (about 20 plastic bags) for a few pieces of clothing. It is unnecessary and it should stop.

The quality of service at the front desk.

The restaurant had limited food choices and the food was just ok. The parking attendant closed the gate on my rental car when I was entering and damaged it but the hotel claimed that they will reimburse the cost of the damages to the rental agency. We shall see about that.

It is close to the uni and the neighborhood is safe and you can find plenty of stuff within 10 minutes walks. Breakfast is good.

The wifi signal is poor to non-existent in the room I was on the seventh floor. The staff didn't do anything to help but to say sorry. It's rather noisy even up there.

Sofa-beds were less comfortable and some pillows were too thin

The food was fantastic here. Most breakfast buffets are quite small, but this was varied and large, and fantastic after a a very long journey with delayed flights. I'll be returning to this location when the time is right!

The facilities were designed in good taste and in general well kept. The room was always exceptionally clean, well lit and with a pleasant aroma. Breakfast had a good selection and everything was delicious.

Good breakfast, very kind staff, very clean. The system to park your car is also good, you don't need to hand over the keys to your car.

The hotel is close to the university campus. The room is large, comfortable and quite. The hotel has a fitness room. Breakfast has many options.

There is no kettle in the room. Some of the cakes at breakfast are more beautiful than tasty.

Property was easy to access popular locations. Staff was very friendly and helpful!! Breakfast was delicious and had lots of variety.
