- Room service could've been better - our maid(s) frequently failed to exchange towels or sweep the floors clean. - We sorely missed a simple foldable clothes dryer: it's a must for a beach hotel! - On certain days you could feel the smell of food from the restaurant downstairs through the AC vents. - The WiFi internet was hit-and-miss: some days it worked fine, while others - it often disconnected. - The breakfast somewhat lacked variability - only a couple of dishes were exchanged day to day. - The need to use keycards to go anywhere in the hotel and even to use the elevator was somewhat of a nuisance, although I think this has been for security reasons. Overall, these were minor things that didn't bother us much.

breakfast was good and very varied, with even some typical brazilian foods. The staff was really friendly and really helpful and treated us very well, and there was a great guided tour offered by the hotel, the views were rlly nice and the juice and coconut water at the hotel bar was cheap. It was also close to a lot of beach bars and restaurants.

I didn't really like the coffee served at breakfast. Also the payment of the guided tour with the partnered agency wasn't well explained, it did not cause issues when we had to pay on the day during the tour but it should have been better explained at the counter. Also certain things that we either could or couldn't do, e.g getting extra towels for beach or how to make the energy work in the room could have been better explained to us

Great location, lovely modern hotel and rooms, comfortable bed and great shower

The partial view of Copacabana rooms face the hotel opposite and you can see a small stretch of the beach from the windows. Not really a complaint as it was suggested in the advert, but if you want to have views of the beach, best to pay for the more expensive room. In hindsight, I’d have rather paid less for a room without the view than more for a room with partial view. Breakfast was nice but slightly lacking in variation in comparison to other hotels we have stayed at on Copacabana. That said it was still nice!

The location was right in the middle of Copacabana beach. There by plenty of restaurants both, on the off the beach and at the Arena it was very good. It is about a 30-minute trip via taxi from the Rio airport, 30 minutes from Sugarloaf Mountain and Christ the Redemer. The staff were friendly and helpful. Copacabana beach we were told was not the cleanest beach, far as safety, we felt safe. Like anywhere in the world, you have to watch out for yourself, Rio this is no exception.

All the sellers at the beach, they really pushed their products while trying to relax, we found this at a few beaches we visited in Rio.

Most of the staff were very friendly. The gentlemen standing at entrance of hotel were very cool as were the bartenders on roof. They spoke to us were they saw us. Strong water pressure. Breakfast included.

No microwave or iron in rooms... they are very basic. Housekeeping ONLY makes the bed and replaces towels, thats it. Floors and things you have to clean yourself. We only had them in every other day and not on weekends. Do not go to Werner salon as recommended from the front desk!

Loved the location...enjoyed the breakfast and the pool area dining for cocktails and snacks...

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The hotel rooms have floor to ceiling windows looking out over Copacabana beach. What a treat! I could stand there and watch the beautiful scenery for an hour easily. Furthermore, the rooftop has a pool and bar with awesome view of Rio. We were hanging out there every afternoon. The staff at that bar is great! Breakfast has an enormous amount of fresh options, we loved it. Overall, highly recommended!

I recently stayed at this hotel. The rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and clean. The staff is friendly and attentive, making every effort to ensure a comfortable stay. The location is ideal, with easy access to local attractions and dining options. The complimentary breakfast is a great start to the day at 6:30am Overall, this hotel provides a wonderful experience, combining comfort, convenience.

While my stay at the hotel was generally pleasant, there were a few drawbacks. The noise of the street was quite disruptive, especially at night. Additionally, the Wi-Fi connection was inconsistent and often slow, you won’t be able to connect some streaming services from your smartphone to the TV.

The view is amazing, the rooms are big and very nice, it has an additional small living room with a nice couch and desk. Really nice. The breakfast was delicious with different options, I stayed for a week and they gave something different every day. Also they recommended us some tours. I did the flying experience it was very good experience. A bit expensive but I enjoy my stay a lot. Really nice!

The AC in the restaurant is very cold.
