Our stay was nothing short of amazing at this hotel The rooms were clean. The executive suite 1603 was very spacious with a very comfortable king size bed the balcony gives partial ocean view which is fine because you are steps away from the beach house keeping was great, Buffet break had lots of choices and the front Desk staff Diego was wonderful we had extended our stay he made our room transfer seemless. Mario and the rest of the front desk staff were great when we were leaving. Oh the location is perfect. We will definitely stay here again Ron and Juan

Was hoping for an earlier check after our 9hr flight that arrived at 7:30 am the roof top is extremely small with a mini pool

The Hotel location is excellent if you are going to visit tourist attractions, Christ redeemer , sugar loaf and etc, all close by. The Copacabana beach is just a few minutes walk, the hotel is surrounded by small bottle shops, bakeries, restaurants , so you will always have an option. For me and my husband the highlight of this hotel was the staff, very friendly, accommodating and helpful.

Based on the location, the facilities and amenities of the hotel and very clean, but it could use some renovations to modernize a little bit .

This hotel exceeded my expectations. They provide proper, good old-school hospitality, how it should still be done in the UK! The staff were very polite and helpful, the hotel, room, were spotlessly clean. The breakfast was amazing. Would not hesitate to book here again, for the price it is fabulous. Very short walk to Copacabana beach, felt very safe.

Everything was great. There was nothing that I felt could have been better. Not to do with the hotel, but in this area as a lone female I felt very safe, but you must exercise common sense!! I saw many NOT doing this.

Our stay in Copacabana was simply fantastic. The location couldn't have been better, just a leisurely 2-minute stroll to the beach. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. Breakfast was a delightful experience with a variety of delicious options to choose from. The shower provided a refreshing and invigorating start to each day, and while the pool was satisfactory, it could perhaps benefit from some enhancements. Overall, our experience surpassed expectations, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rio de Janeiro.

While my stay in Copacabana had many positives, there was one aspect that fell short of expectations. The gym facilities were disappointingly basic, with outdated equipment that could benefit from renovation. As someone who values fitness and exercise during travels, this was a notable downside. I hope the management considers upgrading the gym to provide a more satisfying experience for future guests who prioritize wellness during their stay.

Great location (walking distance to the beach), overall very clean and comfortable, the staff is really helpful, there is a gym and a rooftop pool, room service is really handy if you want your morning coffee but don't want to get out of bed.

The internet connection is really bad, and the furniture is a bit old. The rooftop pool is really small, maybe 3-4 people can fit and there are like 3 lounge chairs in total.

Well located and surrounded by restaurants, bars, cafes, markets, pharmacies and just one block away from the beach! The hotel, despite being old has been renovated and the room and facilities were actually quite nice. Despite being located in a busy area, It was overall quiet (I was on the 10th floor). Staff was very friendly and polite. Great value for money! Recommended!

Overall I liked everything. Nothing specific to point out.

Perfect location, the staff was amazing and helpful, the beds were comfortable, the view from the room was great, we could even see the ocean. The gym is perfect with an amazing view, you can even see the Christ the Redeemer, the ocean and the Sugarloaf from the pool area. Breakfast was great. The Copacabana is a 3 minute walk. You can leave your luggage without extra charge on the day you check-out.

For the price of this hotel, the location is fantastic - you are incredibly close to the beach, and close by to lots of restaurants and bars in the central Copacabana area. The inclusive breakfast was delicious too, with lots of fresh fruit. But the best part of this hotel is the roof terrace pool and bar - we made sure to visit this every day! It was nice not to always have to go to the beach, which is full of people trying to sell you things. You can see the full stretch of the beach, sugarloaf and the Christ statue from here.

The sound isolation in the room was terrible. We could hear conversations in the next room word for word, and the sound of the lift going all night. We requested a room change, but this was not possible. So bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. The amenities of the room are a bit basic too (no iron, stationary etc.). The general feel of the room was a bit tired too.

The staff were very friendly and most of them spoke English, something very rare in Brazil. Breakfast was a rich buffet and the staff eager to serve and assist. The location of the hotel is very close to the sea and the Copacabana beach.

Unfortunately the rooms did not have sea view, perhaps we should have asked for that at the check-in. The pool bar was small and the order there was a difficult task. It worked in the end!

Great location just one street back from the beach. The staff were all extremely helpful and we enjoyed the breakfast which put us on for either a day sightseeing or chilling on the beach. Add 5 minutes to your planning as the lifts seem to take an age. Small roof terrace is a nice bonus and don't forget to look round to the right as you can see Christ the Redeemer from there. Some nice restaurants nearby - our favourite was NOVO where we had two cracking meals for a great price

The room is on the small size and we found that our two suitcases could only go on the floor so spent the whole time either tripping over them or climbing over the bed. Not a major problem but if like us you are travelling with larger cases you might want to upgrade to a bigger room
