The location on Copacabana is great, right across the street from the beach and easy access to the subway. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool (while crowded and rarely has open lounge seats) has a beautiful view. Value for money wise I think this is a great hotel option!

The room that we were in without the beach view was very very dark with only a tiny window, if you are the kind of person who enjoys staying in the room during your vacation you aren't going to be super comfortable in one of the cheaper rooms, if you enjoy sleeping in the dark you will love it.

I stayed for 3 nights and had the chance to try out different amenities such as the rooftop bar, room service, gym. They all completely met my expectations. The best part of this hotel though is its staff, the friendliness, the professionalism, just fantastic. I am picky when it comes to hotel, but this one was just wow.

Nothing, this hotel met all my expectations and went beyond. I didn't try the sauna as it was out of order when I was there, but everything else was just great.

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Windsor California Copacabana! The hotel is beautiful, modern, and perfectly located right on Copacabana Beach, making it an ideal spot to enjoy the stunning views and vibrant atmosphere. The staff was incredibly polite and helpful throughout our stay. When my partner and I had an issue with a noisy air conditioner in our room, they promptly arranged for us to be relocated, ensuring our comfort. This level of service truly made a difference! Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rio de Janeiro. We look forward to coming back!

Excellent location in the middle of Copacabana, very kind and helpful staff, very good breakfast with lots of choices, I loved the huge variety of fruits and the natural juices. The rooms are well equipped, the roof top bar has the best views.

We loved the roof top bar, however at nights it became quite boring, no people, only lounge music, it could have been utilized much better, especially when Rio is not one of the safest cities by night. You were not allowed to smoke either, while I like to take a cigarette with a drink in the evening and to do so I had to take the elevator 15 floors down and smoke on the street standing. Mariott next to the hotel allows smoking outdoors on the roof top bar, and has also 2 armchairs next to the entrance where you can sit down.

I spent a a wonderful stay at Windsor Copacabana. The position is terrific, just in front of the beach of Copacabana and close to many restaurants. Staff was friendly, accommodating and and smiling(thank you to Leonardo and Mota for the pleasant talks). Room (number 1110)was clean and big with a comfortable king size bed and a modern television. Breakfast was good and tasty, I particularly enjoyed the pastries and the fresh fruit every day. I would definetely come back. Ciao from Rome :)

the location is super - 1st line to Copacabana beach. service, room cleaning etc. - all good. the hotel looks new. the additional towels were provided for those who go to the beach

such small items as teeth brush, cotton buds and toothpaste were not provided - had to ask from reception. the breakfast was perfect however not included in price ( . the carpet was dirty. and there was lack of wall dryer -important facility for all the hotels located close to the sea/ocean

The Windsor California Copacabana Hotel is a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Rio. The hotel is spotlessly clean, and the staff is always ready to assist with any needs, making the stay even more enjoyable. The location is unbeatable—right by Copacabana Beach, with stunning views, and the surrounding area feels very safe and is easy to walk around, making exploring Rio a pleasure. In fact, the whole city felt secure during my stay. The rooftop bar and pool are perfect for relaxing with a drink while enjoying panoramic views. The beds are incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep.

One small downside is the toiletries, which could be of better quality and offered more abundantly because we ran out multiple times but overall, it’s an excellent hotel that delivers a fantastic experience

Just one comment, develop a fidelity program could be a good idea to reward and atract. As i am a regular customer for business it would be good to have the possibility to get upgrades/discounts cumulating points

Everything!!! The food was amazing in the hotel, breakfast, lunch and dinner, all delicious. The staff were friendly, smiley, helpful and accommodating. The room was very clean, bright and exactly like the photos, we stayed in the luxury room with ocean view and balcony. The bed was comfortable and extra big. The location was the best, we often walked the whole Copacabana and Ipanema and for us this was the best location. There are shops, restaurants, pharmacy near.

The hairdryer was quite small and overheats fast, for someone with thick and long hair it’s not the best but it still dried my hair.
