I highly recommend this hotel! The comfortable bed and excellent bathroom pressure ensured a relaxing stay. Breakfast was a standout, offering a diverse and delicious selection. The location is perfect, easy to access Ipanema and Leme beaches. The staff were fantastic, with many speaking good English and eager to make guests feel at home. Plus, the gym is decent for those looking to stay active. Overall, a wonderful choice for a beach getaway!

The location is unbeatable — right across from Copacabana Beach with stunning views. Rooftop pool area is a highlight with great scenery Housekeeping staff were fantastic — room was always spotless. Staff like Theresa were extremely helpful and friendly. Sauna was decent and relaxing after a long day.

The check-in experience was a bit disappointing — the staff member at the front desk was not very welcoming. Fitness center is very small (but the beach is perfect for a workout!). Shower gel was not restocked after use — would recommend bringing your own.

The location on Copacabana is great, right across the street from the beach and easy access to the subway. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool (while crowded and rarely has open lounge seats) has a beautiful view. Value for money wise I think this is a great hotel option!

The room that we were in without the beach view was very very dark with only a tiny window, if you are the kind of person who enjoys staying in the room during your vacation you aren't going to be super comfortable in one of the cheaper rooms, if you enjoy sleeping in the dark you will love it.

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Windsor California Copacabana! The hotel is beautiful, modern, and perfectly located right on Copacabana Beach, making it an ideal spot to enjoy the stunning views and vibrant atmosphere. The staff was incredibly polite and helpful throughout our stay. When my partner and I had an issue with a noisy air conditioner in our room, they promptly arranged for us to be relocated, ensuring our comfort. This level of service truly made a difference! Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rio de Janeiro. We look forward to coming back!

Excellent location in the middle of Copacabana, very kind and helpful staff, very good breakfast with lots of choices, I loved the huge variety of fruits and the natural juices. The rooms are well equipped, the roof top bar has the best views.

We loved the roof top bar, however at nights it became quite boring, no people, only lounge music, it could have been utilized much better, especially when Rio is not one of the safest cities by night. You were not allowed to smoke either, while I like to take a cigarette with a drink in the evening and to do so I had to take the elevator 15 floors down and smoke on the street standing. Mariott next to the hotel allows smoking outdoors on the roof top bar, and has also 2 armchairs next to the entrance where you can sit down.

The location was incredible, in the beachfront of Copacabana. Wonderful breakfast and very nice rooms.

The staff was not nice. They provided help when required but looked always busy and/or pissed whenever asked. Also, for some reasons both myself and many other people in the group got problems with their room card and had to go there to get it re-activated.

I stayed for 3 nights and had the chance to try out different amenities such as the rooftop bar, room service, gym. They all completely met my expectations. The best part of this hotel though is its staff, the friendliness, the professionalism, just fantastic. I am picky when it comes to hotel, but this one was just wow.

Nothing, this hotel met all my expectations and went beyond. I didn't try the sauna as it was out of order when I was there, but everything else was just great.

I spent a a wonderful stay at Windsor Copacabana. The position is terrific, just in front of the beach of Copacabana and close to many restaurants. Staff was friendly, accommodating and and smiling(thank you to Leonardo and Mota for the pleasant talks). Room (number 1110)was clean and big with a comfortable king size bed and a modern television. Breakfast was good and tasty, I particularly enjoyed the pastries and the fresh fruit every day. I would definetely come back. Ciao from Rome :)

the location is super - 1st line to Copacabana beach. service, room cleaning etc. - all good. the hotel looks new. the additional towels were provided for those who go to the beach

such small items as teeth brush, cotton buds and toothpaste were not provided - had to ask from reception. the breakfast was perfect however not included in price ( . the carpet was dirty. and there was lack of wall dryer -important facility for all the hotels located close to the sea/ocean
