Great location, good value. We arrived very early (earlier than expected) after all night travelling and my husband wasn’t feeling very well. The manager was lovely and very helpful, and accomodated us to be able to do an early check-in. Otherwise, we had to wait 7 hours to get into our bedroom. The bedroom was spacious and clean.

Before the manager arrived and helped us, the other staff weren’t so helpful. I offered to pay an extra day and implored to be able to do an early check-in (especially because my husband was feeling ill) and they were very inflexible. Apart from that, it was a great stay to enjoy copacabana.

We planned to stay a couple of days, but extended our stay for 5 days: The location is great After a couple of days staying on the 1st floor, we moved to 11th with a sea view, that was pretty good! Rooms are really big, especially for Rio.

Just one elevator was working at the moment of our stay for 12 floors. While staying on the first floor it was not a problem, but for the 11th you need some patience. So don't order an Uber in advance because you might wait for about 5 min just to get an elevator down :D

Amazing location, very nice staff (breakfast people always bringing more food and very friendly, same with reception people).

We stayed in the apartment which had an amazing view, but to get there (last floor) there were only 2 elevators (small always full) and we needed to use stairs to get to the final floor (2 stairs, kind if dangerous for old people). We weren’t aware of it, and we were with lots of suitcases which involved multiple trips to go up and down when arriving and leaving. Our stay wasn’t too long so maybe that’s why it wasn’t worth it… other than that nice staff and good food :)

The location is excellent, with restaurants, bars and mini markets close by. The staff are excellent, very welcoming and helpful. This applies to everyone from the front desk to the maintenance and cleaning staff - the people are great. This is definitely value for money, and was well worth our visit. Next time we are in Rio - this will definitely be one of our stay options. Only one negative - the apartment is dated, and not the same as the pics.

First, the staff was amazing. We extended one night and every staff member was very nice and spoke English. I also think we got the best room in the hotel facing the ocean. It was so amazing that we ended up going to the actual beach only once because we could see the ocean right from our room. The sewer had a little issue, but was minor for the overall value of this place. Highly recommend.

Toilet didn't flush well and the shower backed up a bit.

We had a fun time getting to our room! We took an old-style elevator and climbed a set of stairs to the 13th floor. The room had breathtaking views of the beach and was very spacious. We had to switch rooms due to an ant problem, but the hotel concierge kindly organized that for us on short notice. Additionally, the hotel graciously held our bags after check-out on the last day until we needed to leave for the airport.

Staff was very helpful, friendly and always smily, they helped us a lot with different tours & sightseeings and other staff, so special thanks to them! 😍 Location was just perfect - we were in the heart of Copacabana and felt very safe and comfortable. The price we’ve paid for accommodation was reasonable in the end considering the location where only fence hotels are located. The rooms are spacious and light, what makes the stay quite comfortable.

We didn’t like the cleanliness in our room - the bed linen and towels were not appropriate for sure, they looked dirty. There was only one small garbage bin in the room for 4 pax, which was absolutely not enough. The bathroom needs renovation - the toilet was not working properly, but was fixed upon request (again thank you!). Both the bathroom and the room looked quite old & shabby needing renovation for sure.

The front desk was exceptional! We had a sliver of an ocean view between two buildings... nothing to post on Instagram but nice to be able to see how sunny it was on the beach and how rough the surf was.

One elevator was out of service, but they notified us of this prior to our stay, giving us the opportunity to cancel the reservation. Since we were on the third floor it wasn't a big problem, we used the stairs often, if we had been on an upper floor it would have been a little more troublesome. Overall that issue didn't detract from our stay. Hopefully they get it fixed soon.

Location is convenient for those who want to spend time in Copacabana Beach but at night there are many homeless in the area so you have to be careful. WiFi is poor at peak times in the room. Bathroom need an upgrade since sometimes has water leak.

Fabulous location, just a couple of minutes from Copacabana beach. Lots of restaurants and snack bars in the area. My room even had a view of the beach(1204) and I suspect the room above had an even better view.

Not much to say against it, except perhaps the lift is a bit slow, but you're on holiday so hill.
