Hotel is in a good location, it's a few minutes walk from Copacabana beach and is pretty clean.

There aren't really any amenities - which we knew before booking, the hotel was also supposed to charge us for the booking within 48h of our stay, however they did it unexpectedly more than a month away from the check in date - which would have been fine, however there was no correspondence from the hotel to tell us they'd done that so we weren't even sure if it was the hotel that charged us. Also a fair few of the reception staff don't speak English - of course it's Brazil, however in a city as international as Rio, you'd expect hotel staff to be able to speak it.

The price is fair, room clean and location next to other shops

I ran out of clean towels. Called front desk who directed me to call housekeeping. Waited 30mins nothing came. Called again housekeeping this time nobody answered. Went down to front desk to tell them, the bellman told me to call housekeeping. I was already upset they never answered. Bellman told me he will deliver it. Never did. Called housekeeping again this time they answered and send it in 10 mins. In total over 1h wait

The hotel staff were absolutely brilliant, very helpful, professional, and friendly. Offering advice on set activities we could do during our stay and booking the activities offered. The checking and checkout were seamless. The breakfast buffet had everything needed to start the day, and again, the staff at the restaurant were brilliant.

The room was a bit tired and needed a coat of paint. A bit noisy at time as our room was facing the main road. The beds were comfortable.

A very big hotel with lots of tourists and sometimes it could be a bit noisy in the corridors. The breakfast area is small and can't accommodate all people had to wait for some time before having a table. the quality and quantity aren't as supposed to be.

We really liked the close location to the beach. It was only a three block walk and there were tons of restaurants and services very close by. Also, the room darkening shades allowing us to sleep during the day so we were rested for our nighttime parties. Also, our room was very quiet at all times making it easy to sleep.

The breakfast was really nice. You had many choices. The location as well is very near to Copacabana beach. 10 mins walking.

The housekeeping staff was a bit noisy while they were doing the service in other rooms, we could hear them a lot laughing and shouting. Some days we woke up because of this. The reception staff don’t speak English. So if you don’t speak Portuguese might be a bit difficult to communicate. But this didn’t ruin our stay. Was an experience. We definitely come back

Breakfast is ordinary but good. Staff is helpful. Some staffs can communicate in English which is so good for traveller. Location is good - near by supermarket, coffee shop, restaurant, bakery shop and McDonalds. Easy for call uber in this area. Walkable to Copacabana.

My keycard enter the room have problem. I need to go to 17th floor and cannot enter the room and after that have to back to the lobby to change in every single time during 2 nights stay.

The location is ideal to visit Rio, it is close to 3 Metro stations, it has a good bus service just outside. 3 supermarkets nearby. There are some exceptional restaurants. The area feels very safe . The staff at hotel are very helpful and the breakfast is very generous though same dishes every day

Location, friendly staff, clean . The one day Rio tour was excellent value and well worth it

Very nice hotel at a nice location next to restaurants, supermarket and walking distance to the beach. Breakfast is very good and has plenty of selection. The staff is also very nice. Would like to give a thanks for the waiter in the breakfast area, unfortunately i forgot his name, but he was very nice.

To me it seems that the hotel is not 4 star. The breakfast was quite basic and the room and bed was quite small.
