It a little dated walls are thin . Shower didn't drain well. Balcony door was rough.....I thinks acceptable for the service and location

To be charged $20 reales to leave your bags in storage while checking in and waiting for the hotel stipulated time to enter room. should be courtesy since you are already paying to stay in the hotel. Should be free! a guest is traveling for several hours before arriving to hotel on their vacations,tired understandable you have to wait till the time but extras on arrival??? Should be a courtesy for the guests

Well, only one think make me sad, after I pay for 10 nights , I got in the hotel like 4 hrs before my check in, so I ask if I can leave my bags over there, so I can go eat something, end they say yes , but they charge me extra $money to hold my bags for couples hrs , that is totally a big mass, unreal

The room and bathroom are spacious and comfy.

It seems there was a confusion with the rooms. Shortly after my check in, another guest opened the door. They must have assigned them the same room and gave them access it. Unacceptable! Afterwards, my roomcard was also deactivated. The employee at the reception was not very understanding and rather rude about it and just restored my card.

Good hotel, basic, great location. The newer rooms are nice, the older rooms not so great. Nice breakfast buffet with fresh fruits and a good choice of other foods, it was perfect for me. Great location very close to the beach and in the centre of the Copacabana area. I felt safe in the area, also walking alone in the evenings. Close to the metro that is very easy to use to get around Rio, also in the evenings. Some very friendly employees at reception, at breakfast and household.

Room for improvement on cleanliness of the rooms. Once I mentioned it, my room was properly cleaned for the rest of my stay.

The WI-FI did not work properly. The safe did not have door. The hairdryer was not working properly

Check out is 12pm, my flight was at 7 pm, they charged me for keeping my 2 backpacks 30 reales, is not to much but I I think it must be a courtesy with the guest. Most hotels never charge for this item.

amazing location and the breakfast included was great the staff are also so friendly. loved having a balcony and the AC was amazing.

Tried to charge £60 for early check-in and looked at us if we were daft to refuse. There were no negotiations on cost, so we changed in toilet and went to beach. Did do free luggage hold.

Location was great and Santa Clara street has many restaurants and shops, also very close to the beach. Staff was very nice and the breakfast exceeded our expectations.

The room was a bit smaller than expected. Wouldn't recommend if you plan to stay for long periods in the room, but it's ok if you'll be out most of the day.
