The hotel is exactly how they sell themselves, so no surprises. Loved that. Clean facilities and friendly staff. The room was comfortable and the bathroom had everything it needed plus hot water with no troubles. The breakfast was amazing; great variety (e.g. eggs, bread, cheeses, hams, etc.).

If I have to point something out it would be the internet. My room was on the seventh floor to the front side of the building. Sadly, the signal was not strong within the room and I had to sit down closer to the door to work. The elevators work great but it's a busy hotel so add a few minutes extra or request your Uber once you're downstairs. The stairs at the entrance are a nuisance but the staff is so great that I had no trouble at all with getting help.

We really liked this hotel , specially Wagner at the front desk, he spoke english and was very helpful in every aspect, we loved the location, steps to the beach, restaurants cafes transportation etc Copacabana beach three blocks away we walked around at any tine and we felt very safe, breakfast was included with our stay and it was very good, they have a small pool at the top but we did not have time to use it

The hotel is located right in the center of Copacabana, it’s very easy to walk everywhere. You are 3 blocks away from the beach, 10 minutes walk from the Metro and 2 minutes away from any restaurant or bakery. The staff was very nice, and helpful! The breakfast was very good and had many options. The room itself was a bit noisy because of the traffic (we were towards the street in the 6th floor). The mattress was ok, and you have enough facilities with the room for travelers.

The only point of improvement I have will be the cleanliness of the room, and the frame of the windows. Just as a quick note, the pool is extremely small!

Very good value for money. It’s not a stunning hotel, but is certainly somewhere to rest your head at night. Right in the heart of Copacabana with about a 5 minute walk to the beach. Room was good, massive bed the shower was a little disappointing with a bit of a crappy shower head. Breakfast was awesome with a variety of choices. The hotel offers some tours if you haven’t organised them yet, they are a little pricey I think you can Uber a lot of places and buy tickets at the gate if you are looking for cheaper prices. Pool upstairs was ok, wasn’t very deep. Overall a really good stay to start our South American trip.

The rooms were super comfortable and clean, with room service every day. The breakfast was delicious and complete until the last minute. The staff was very friendly and helpful with us, if you need something they wouldn’t hesitate on solving it. We had a great time!

Breakfast was excellent. Hotel location was great - 3 blocks from Copacabana beach. Had a view of the Statue of the Christ from the top (pool) floor. The staff was friendly and helpful. Good wifi.

Our room keys failed half way through the stay and we needed to have them replaced. At checkout, we were charged for a beer from our mini-bar that we did not drink. The toilet seat in the bathroom would not stay up by itself. :)

Location was great, a short walk from Copacabana beach, Siqueira Campos metro/subway station and a large selection of restaurants. The room was large and beds comfortable. Reception were very helpful in booking football (soccer) tickets for us. Breakfast was good. There is a pool although

Our room key stopped working on a regular basis so had to keep asking reception to reprogram them.

Lovely hotel to sleep in, after flying back to Brazil from a trip to the UK. Close to shops for small things you need, and great swimming pool. The staff were very helpful, and gave great advice on where I could park my rental car for a few minutes in front, to load my luggage, after checkout. Also one of the hotels that will still let you leave your bags, after checkout, without charging for it.

There weren´t many bellboys operating this time, to assist with the luggage up the steps at the front of the hotel, but not a massive problem, as it´s only a few steps, then lifts for all floors.
