The flat is well located super close to the beach and walking distance to restaurants, pharmacies and other things. Loved that there was parking in the building.

The bed was quite uncomfortable, the place is worn out quite a bit and it was not very clean.

Location is amazing and the guys at the front desk were really nice and helpful

The flat is very dated, it was a bit dirty, the air conditioning for both bedrooms barely worked and the living room one didn't work. Beds were also old and mattresses were a bit uncomfortable. Also, no toilet paper and other basic cleaning prods were provided.

This place has only two positive points: the shower (very strong) and the location (at the heart of Copacabana)

This place should not be listed on Booking. There was no sea view, no Balcony, the kitchen was full of dust, and the kitchen housewares were very, very old. The ACs were old, and the one in the kitchen started to leak inside the apartment (I had to report this to the host, and he sent someone quickly); but as the ACs are old, they are very noisy. The apartment has no ventilation unless you open the windows. The bed sheets were very old, with holes in them, and the towels smelled like they had been in a wardrobe for years. We were 3 adults and 2 children, and there were only two hand towels. The host answered my questions the right way; the communication was ok, but it is not enough if you don't invest in the comfort of the guests, especially when charging a high price.

The apartment is well-located, just a short walk from the beach, restaurants, bars, and breakfast spots—which made things super convenient.

However, the experience had some unexpected drawbacks: • The flat was average in comfort. We were later told it was an “economy” option, though this wasn’t clearly indicated during booking. • No coffee machine was available—we were informed we needed to request it. • Despite what was advertised, the apartment didn’t offer a real beach view. • Many photos on the booking page appear to belong to other units, which felt misleading. • The panoramic terrace had restricted access times, and since this wasn’t communicated, we couldn’t enjoy it. • Parking was unavailable for larger vehicles like our pickup truck, which caused issues. Fortunately, the owner kindly refunded the cost of external parking we had to arrange. • No bed sheets were provided—we had to rely on a blanket we luckily had in our car.
