Location

I booked the room just for 10 hrs but I paid full price it is ok but when I made a reservation I booked by mistake 1 person instead 2 ( my wife) but even like that and don't even take the breakfast and sleep in the lobby guy charged me extra R$100 for the mistake also they very fast to charged me but they don't even put me an extra towel for her then we have the use the same to take a shower.

The hotel is very well located. The staff were great and very understanding. The bedroom was spacious and had a huge and comfortable bed. The shower was excellent. Nice included breakfast as well. After checking out, I had an issue with my return flight at the airport and had to return to Rio for the night, so I decided to check in at the same hotel again without hesitation.

I couldn't get the TV to work, but I'm sure this would have been easily addressed if I had contacted reception. I enjoyed my stay regardless.

The staff were very helpful, allowing me to check in early as a courtesy and allowing me to use the computer at times because my phone had been stolen before my arrival. Afonso was particularly generous, and allowed me to use his personal cell phone. Afonso also recommended a tour package, which I accepted and enjoyed greatly. In addition, the breakfast was excellent -- the creamed corn with coconut milk was delicious. The room was also a very good size and included a safe, which I greatly appreciated. And, of course, the location was basically perfect, with the beach and some excellent restaurants very nearby.

I only have very minor complaints -- overall, this was a great stay. I would have liked more TV channels, and the wooden closet smelled a bit musty.

Friendly front staff; and although it’s a somewhat dated facility, it is well maintained and cared for. The housekeeper was excellent. The breakfasts were also excellent.

It is a somewhat dated facility (that is easily overlooked because of its consistently friendly service and great value).

Everything was PERFECT location 10 Staff (Alfonso from front desk) 10 Room 10 breakfast 10 Housekeeping 10 all my family had an amazing time! Alfonso helped us a lot by arranging an early breakfast!! the room was always clean breakfast was super complete - we tried new fruits and typical food which was amazing! thank you to all the staff!!

toilet seat was ver soft - it deflate and you can felt the air and water in your back - a bit disgusting

Great breakfast and nice staff and atmosphere. A nice hotel in a lively and interesting part of Rio. Comfy beds.

The first room, booked on Booking, was dated and far under our expectations. We could change it to a nice room and had a comfortable stay the rest of the weekend.

The location and room

It wasn’t well cleaned. Some stains were on the bed, as well as some hair. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned every day.

The location is super great , the staff are very nice. The hotel offers day trip with agency and I felt safe at night.

I think I paid overpriced for the type of hotel and facilities , but in total it is OK and very simpatic staff
