This hotel was extremely well run and ticked all the boxes.Very efficient staff.Comfortable beds.and spacious rooms.Excellent range of food for breakfast.No problem was ever too big and sorted right away.Excellent location for Copacabana beach(two blocks away)lots of cafes bars and restaurants nearby.

I thought the bathroom was rather old fashioned and a bit stark.Bedsheets were clean but past their best, worn and a bit torn.Still don't know how to get the coffee machine working. But despite these observations still I would recommend it.

Location, pool and service.

The room for the breakfast I think should change the logistic. When it gets busy we can’t badly walk to get back to our table because that was so many stuffs in a short space.

I stayed at the Othon/Orton before. Supposedly 5 star🫣😳. This is 3/4 star but was clean/tidy not worn and decrepit. But more importantly the staff are amazing. Alex - such a intuitive and helpful guy Matheus and Miguel. Both made sure I found good restaurants and tours. The Maracana/helicopters over Rio. If you want pure luxury-then No. if you want a nice, clean place we’d with people who look after you then this is the one. Thank you guys

Sort the buttons out on the lifts!!! And get real orange juice for breakfast not watered down squash. But that is it!

Good location, close to the beach. Cute little pool and terrace.

There were a lot of small ants in the room, both in the bathroom and in the room itself.

The rooms are clean and good condition. Stayed in a few properties in Copacabana and it is definitely one of the best for its price range. Centrally located in Copacabana and close to the beach and easy to get around from. Staff were amazing, super friendly and willing to help where they can for anything.

Internet let them down. Not sure if it was just my room being located where it was, but the wifi was glitchy and often hard to stay connected. But outside of the room no issues.

Hotel offers great location and has a great value for money. It really offers what a 4 star hotel should. You also have pool on the rooftop with a small gym. Breakfast starts generally early (6am) which is great for people from Europe with jet-lag problems. Rooms are clean, offering good additional facilities, and the cleaning staff was really considerate.

While its not really a negative thing, a communication with the staff could be challenging since they do not know English really well. On our stay we had some troubles in understading but it was all resolved generally easy

The Hotel was reasonably close to the beach, about 5-8 minutes walk, the staff were very accommodating and helpful, the breakfast was good (buffet style but the options changed the second day, that's rare and should be applauded!) The rooftop bar and pool are a nice touch, you can actually see the Christ from the rooftop seating area!

Not much, the pool is on the small side, too small to swim, and they do not operate a bar tab system so you need to have your card on you for the bar, even if your swimming.

Like: excellent location, perfect to rest (comfy bed, tv, air conditioning on point), cleannn, with all amenities in place and the staff was very supportive all the time. We needed to leave the car and the parking service was perfect. Also de breakfast was very complete with variety. Dislike: nothing
