The price of this hotel is excellent, especially for everything you are getting. We arrived at 1 am and a gentleman came out immediately to help us with our luggage and get us checked in. The lobby of the hotel is very nice and the breakfast room is excellent. They have waiters every morning clearing out plates and refilling the breakfast buffet which was one of the best in my 3 week travel through South America. The beds in the room are comfortable and the shower had great pressure. Our room also faced Christ the Redeemer which was really nice. This is an excellent economical option for travelers and I would definitely stay here again.

The elevators were a little slow but this is a very minor thing.

I really liked this hotel. My view was lovely. I could see the Christ the Redeemer statue which was super cool. Everyone who works there is kind, professional, and helpful from the front desk, to the restaurant, to housekeeping, to the bartenders. The rooftop pool is so nice and relaxing. I only went one day out of 3 or so because I was mainly at the beach. The doormen helped me with my bags went I arrived and left. The AC was great in the lobby. It could have been just a bit stronger in the rooms but no biggie. I booked a 2-bed room. It was an accident because I was rushing to find a new hotel and my options were limited. I did not mind the extra space at all. The bathroom was large and lovely. It came with a sauna and a bidet. The bidet needed a little extra TLC. I didn't use either but they were cool to see. The closet space was great. The bed was comfortable. The tv was a little wonky but no biggie. Breakfast was pretty good. It's a nice sized dining room so it didn't feel too crowded. I would give this hotel 5 stars. They did a great job. Even the guests were nice to talk to. It was an overall great experience and I would absolutely book again.

Someone did accidentally walk into my room. I think housekeeping may have misunderstood and thought that they were having trouble with their key vs them being at the wrong door.

Nice clean room (just kettle was missing but probably it is not common to have it in Brazil), comfy beds, nice new beddings and towels which had been changing every time. Good breakfast with always fresh fruits, omelet, sausages and freshly made coffee. We had a nice room on the 13th floor with a view to Christ Redeemer which we had requested while booking a year ago.

Everything was good, just small things to take into consideration: missing veggies for breakfast, small pool on the roof which can’t accommodate all the customers. But we enjoyed our stay despite of everything.

Generally happy with my experience here. Good breakfast, location not bad, everything clean and functional. The rooftop pool was good and having a fridge in the room was nice. Staff generally efficient and friendly.

As this isn’t a cheap hotel (although not expensive either for Copacabana) I feel entitled to list a few niggles which I would overlook in a cheaper hotel: the breakfast badly needs some more vegetarian options e.g tomatoes, mushrooms, beans. The view from a standard room isn’t amazing and the air conditioning didn’t go cold enough for my tastes. The decor was also a bit bland and basic.

The hotel itself is standard but nice. The room is quite big and very clean. Breakfast is fine too. The location is in the middle of the Copacabana area and you will need around 10 min walking to get to the beach and 5 min to the metro. The staff is very friendly and caring. The only thing I didn't like that much was the WiFi in the house. Most of the time it either wasn't working or worked but poorly.

We were very happy with breakfast. There was a large selection and the staff were very friendly. The room was great. It was a large enough, clean and the staff were great. The location is ideal for the Copacabana beach which is only a few minutes walk.

Likely everything and the reception staff were very helpful. Would recommend the Mirador Copacabana as it is ideal for the beech and local metro station is nearby.

The staff were very pleasant and extremely helpful. Our room was allocated and when we arrived there the cleaner was still working on it. After a few words between the cleaner and reception Joselito, the young man who checked us in, arrived with another key to the 14th Floor. He upgraded us to a suite. The suite had dining room, living room, separate toilet, spacious double bedroom, bathroom with sauna, shower and jacuzzi bath The location was perfect with easy access to all amenities. The hotel is very clean. Breakfast is continental style with an adequate choice of food and drinks.

Stayed here because it was a 10 minute walk from the beach. It was perfect. Didn’t use the rooftop pool apart from once due to lack of seating space and the pool was quite cool. But the views are great from the roof. Room had a lot of space, comfy beds but does need a bit of updating in regards to doors and closet as they seemed old and not fitting in with the style but didn’t impact the stay. Great food and drink places nearby. Metro 2 mins away from hotel to take you straight to centre. Breakfast was very good, a couple of items varied throughout our stay but generally tasty. Hotel provides tours and football games you can attend, at a cost of course, but it was helpful as we got to see Fluminense play Flamengo.

Everything, the staff were great and very helpful. We had to move into this hotel after we got back to our previous one and they had no water and didn't know when we would have water again and moved here at 11.30pm Can't fault the place, room was very clean, breakfast was delicious and everything was very smooth from check-in to check out. Would definitely come back here

The location in Copacabana was excellent, too many restaurants, pharmacy and supermarkets near the hotel. One station of the metro was in less than one kilometer

The Staff was not so good. The air conditioning system was not working properly (the atmosphere inside the room was uncomfortable)
