I really don’t understand, why this hotel is so lowly rated! I loved it. Huge room, Aircon, all controls by your bedside (tv, lights, Air conditioning). Large buffet style breakfast with lots of choice for both food and drink. The location is absolutely perfect. Directly opposite the metro station and a few blocks to the beach. Check-in was very smooth and check out not until 12 noon!

Yes, the decor is a bit dated and the lifts are slow. Not the end of the world.

Some nice surprises. The air conditioning was the best I have ever seen. This might sound strange but the heat and humidity in Copa can be oppressive and my room almost got chilly!! Extremely impressive!! A few blocks further from the beach than I expected but it’s a nice simple walk and close to some great stores. The rooftop pool is amazing and has fabulous views. Remember perspective this is not Vegas ! but Rio will ALWAYS be a special place in the world 🥰❤️. Best of all is the staff. I know it’s a cliche but they truly are like 👍🏻 family 🥰. They all try soooo hard to please you. I am crying as I am checking out. I love them and I am staying right here next time God willing 🙏. God Bless Morocco 🇲🇦 and New York 🙏

Was on first floor wishing I was higher. Nothing wrong except a LOT of busy people outside. Not the fault of the hotel 🏨 whatsoever. I question the distance to the 🏝️. Probably closer to 800meters.

Room was larger than I was expecting. Room was clean and in a great location near restaurants and close walking distance from beaches. Breakfast was very good. Front desk personnel were very nice. In general hotel was very good. I recommend.

Hotel charge R$ 30.00 to keep costumers luggage even if for 1 hour. At check-in you need to fill-up paperwork manually before continuing to your final check-in. At breakfast to keep coffee hot they put the coffee pot over a gas burning device causing the coffee to taste terrible. They do the same to the milk pot. Their juices are all artificial.

Rene was very welcoming and professional at Reception on arrival. Food at breakfast was included and was very good standard with choices. Rooms were good for the price. Location was excellent

The staff were helpful and available 24/7. The location was absolutely amazing. Everything you need was within walking distance. The main sights were a short Uber away. The included breakfast was excellent with hot and cold options. I had a double room and it was spacious and cleaned daily. The pool on the roof was an exceptional bonus when you wanted a quick cool down without sand. Shower pressure was amazing. The wifi was very good.

I was in the second floor, on the front corner. it was exceptionally loud. I was tired, but only managed one decent sleep on my stay. The walls between the rooms don’t join completely to the side (hard to explain). But it meant you could easily hear your neighbours. The tiny waters in the room are not included and cost a lot. No filtered drinking water.

I liked the free breakfast and location. I got a good price this time, but it varies with the season.

A leak in the ceiling developed during heavy rain. The toilet/plumbing in my room also had some minor issues.

Cool pool. Good buffet breakfast. Huge portions for room service.
