The hotel is a really good price for value, the breakfast was also really good and everyday it was a sucess. The cleaning lady was super friendly and always made sure we had everything we needed, they also kept out bags and helped us a lot in reception. I was a bit worried about location but I loved it as it is in the middle between the center and the beaches, wich was perfect for us. Also the mini fridge in the room was a good sent as it was perfect for water and my medication with the heat.

The reception staff member suggested a tour that was quite bad. I don't think it is his fault but maybe they should suggest other tours. The bathroom window did not close very well but it didn't bother us

I know this hotel for more than ten years. It used to be the best hotel by far. I have very romantic memories of beautiful rooms and very helpful people around. It still maintains its former quality, but falls lower every year. Breakfast is not bad, but the selection is still shrinking. The rooms have minibars, but only with a very few bottles of water. The staff is sometimes helpful, sometimes inattentive. The hotel is very close to the beach (just cross the ten-lane road :o) and in a very good and safe neighborhood.

No one helps with a suitcase up the stairs from the street to the reception. This time my room was full of mosquitoes. Room cleaning is only on request, but no one will sincerely offer it to you. The breakfast lady has trouble being nice and can't say good morning :o(( The carpets in the hallways really need to be replaced. Overall, it seems to me that no one cares how the hotel will look like. I will have to think a lot about staying here again next time. I'm sorry, the hotel has all the prerequisites to be a star shine. But somehow doesn't want to and lives by inertia. I firmly believe that this is only a temporary situation and the hotel will breathe again into pride and joyful service.

Locations was the fact that we liked the most, very closed to the Flamengo and Botafogo beaches and as well to the Escaderia de Selaron... wealso liked the fact that they gave us a big room with 3 beds and with an exterior view to the beach.

No complaints considering the price we paid - great location, close to the SDU airport, 30mins taxi drive to Copacabana and Ipanema.

The furniture is a quite old and shabby, the beds are incredibly shaky - I was waking up just from turning during sleeping

comfortable beds, good shower, amazing breakfast and the day staff was amazing, especially Teresa who made us a to go breakfast when our flight was early in the morning
