This hotel is my second house when I’m in Brazil, I don’t need to look for another hotel, everything is nice, the employees are very attentive, the room has good space and very clean, I have metrorail near and everything that we need for stay a month, thanks you guys for to make a difference for me and my husband.

Nothing to complain

the breakfast was very good everything was very good and the location was too nice we had everything we needed banks restaurants,metro and bus for everywhere

Regarding visits to the apartment, I was not very confortable receiving an elderly friend who came from grajau, RJ to visit me and was prevented from going to the room even when she was with me, i understand that its is not the employee fault but adminstration of the hotel, well i wasnt very happy with it, next time i know about that

It is in a safe neighbourhood, in terms of Rio. I found a good restaurant and library nearby. It has a good breakfast and big rooms. It's better than expected, considering the cost. It is a lovely beach for people who enjoy the sea. It has no waves and has a beautiful view of Corcovado.

Cleaning could be better.

The location is perfect, close to the metro station and in a safe neighborhood, what is essential in Rio. Quiet room, enough space for your belongings. Staff very helpful, although struggling with English: AI helps. Breakfast rich and delicious.

Nothing to complain.

The hotel had a good location and the price was really not that expensive for the time of the year. It had a decent breakfast for a decent price. The beds were comfortable.

The installations are old, so do not expect a very good shower.

Break fast wasn’t the best but good enough but the attention from the waiters I should give 10,

The front desk could smile more, to say good morning., good afternoon and evening. They just do their job.

Close to the metro station, friendly staff. You can find night shops around, bars and cafes. The hotel has a discount on the Killo buffet.

A lot of mosquitos in the room, not too aggressive tho. The neighborhood is fine but dirty. The hotel itself is clean. You can find something to eat for breakfast if you are not too picky, but every day is the same.

The receptionist at night. He was not helpful at all when the last person from our party checked in.

Location is amaizing. Shower and parking are good. The employees from cleaning, restaurant and parking are great, friendly and so helpful. Breakfast is good enough.

I expect more the reception employees, the employees from cleaning, restaurants and parking are amaizing, however the reception people should be way better, should be friendly and helpful. Another thing I would like mention is the bed. The bed is comfortable, but too small, it is smaller then queen size bed, it is kind uncomfortable with hot weather.
