- although gym was not located inside the hotel, it was super close and a very good gym - staff were SUPER helpful and professional, the lobby is large and spacious - breakfast was AMAZING, especially the eggs, fruits and juices

- the room had a tiny bug and the AC was a bit hard to navigate but nothing major

The complimentary access to the gym was a welcome addition, although I regretfully didn't find the time to fully utilize it. The staff was really helpful and kind. The room was spacious and I was glad we had a mini fridge there. No loud noises during the night was also a plus.

I think the breakfast options could be improved, not a lot of variety on what's offered day by day. But things were tasty anyways, the only thing I didn't like was the coffee, it was not good at all.

Location close to center and samba is great.

The neighborhood seems to be increasingly full of homeless people and beggars.

Everything was fantastic! The room was clean and comfortable, the location was perfect, and the staff was incredibly friendly and professional. A special mention to Hugo, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay, his hospitality was exceptional!

Honestly, there was nothing to dislike. Everything met or exceeded my expectations.
