The location was great ! Lovely breakfast and the room was quiet! Our room was always clean on time. It was provided an iron table upon our request .

The drain was covered with a metal that you could slice which was a bit sharp ! It was forgotten to provide soup once ! It was removed our blankets and I had to call reception to have one ! But all these issues were solved promptly after talking to the receptionist which was lovely.

Fantastically positioned hotel, in the very heart of SP, less than 1 min away from the Oscar Freire metro station. Also a good breakfast, with many options of good quality. All this at a very competitive price.

The room was very small: there was barely space to host the 2 suitcases and we had to take turns on who was moving. The rooms facing the main road can be noisy (especially if the window doesn't close well...). Furniture were a bit run down

The location and the restaurant. The fact of there is a restaurant inside the building make easier even if you arriving late. Cause they have room service available 24h too.

Some maintenance details like vinil floor at corridor and some furniture old fashioned. And seems me tiny in comparison other option with the same price.

Very good location, a few meters from the Oscar Freire subway station. There's a large supermarket right next to it. Check-in was quick, there's always someone speaking English which helped. Room was rather small, but that didn't bother me, and was very clean. Minibar was stocked up with food and drinks in case of a sudden urge to have a snack. Breakfast buffet was also very nice.

This is rather nitpicky, but I think the water faucet on the bathroom sink needs to be updated. Currently, the water would splash out of the sink when turned on even just a bit. So be warned!

The room was very clean and the shower is great. Breakfast is also good and have many nice options.

The room is a bit smaller than expected, but it's ok. The only thing that is annoying is the noise from Rebouças avenue. Even though our room was on the opposite side, the sound is very loud at night and me and my husband had some trouble sleeping.

The staff was professional and helpful. Mario at the front desk was able to solve a small problem we had quickly and professionally. He is great. All the staff was very helpful. Great breakfast as well. The location could not be better in a nice upscale area of the city, close to good shopping options and excellent restaurants within walking distance. Considering the cost, this one of the best hotel options in Sao Paulo.

The room floor could be cleaner.

Breakfast was very good. Big and clean room. Staff was friendly and helpful. Excellent location.

Soundproofing was not perfect, we woke up to the noise from the hallway. Rooftop bar was closed during our full stay even though it was advertised for us.

Limited options for the breakfast, especially lacking egg & cheese varieties, no instructions on the safe

Hotel is nice and clean. Rooms are perfect for one, might be small for 2.

Staff at front desk are not very friendly and they just speak Portuguese which makes it hard to communicate.
