The room was clean and comfortable with a balcony overlooking the trees and a glimpse of a view in the distance. The shower was good and the compact modern bathroom was clean and had everything we needed. The heated towel rail came in very handy to dry our costumes after spending time in the spa. The hotel provided a gown and slippers for use in the spa which had a great hot tub, sauna, steam room and relaxation area. We both had a back massage in the spa that we rated highly. Breakfast was good each morning with a selection of hot and cold breakfast food. We ate in the restaurant each night with lovely views and we enjoyed our meals which were reasonably priced with an extensive drinks menu. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We would have liked tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Taxi drivers seemed reluctant to take us to the hotel due to it's remote location and steep climb up and back. I would recommend pre-booking your taxi both ways.

All round lovely hotel. Clean, stylish and the location was just what we were after. The spa was lovely (although the steam room was very very hot!). Breakfast ok, evening food was very good, the staff were always helpful and good with our toddler.

Although the hotel clearly welcomes children (there’s a play room and they provide small towel/robe/slippers) they were not catered for in the restaurant. Every evening we ended up ordering our toddler an adult-sized meal. Whereas a kids menu, or even the option to have a smaller portion of what’s already on the menu, would have been better. Thankfully our toddler likes to eat pasta and rice, so ate some of what we ordered for her, (and we ate the rest!) but if you have a picky toddler, you might have a problem.

Very modern interiors with SPA (jacuzzi and saunas) included for hotel guests. Decent size rooms. Onsite bar and restaurant. Room service available. Good internet. Tasty food (both dinner and breafast). Good starting point for mountain hiking. Very quiet. Parking spaces. Large balcony with the room. Large TVs in the room. Modern bathroom. Beautiful views.

Reception and bar staff could improve their customer service skills - probably language barrier didn't help but would expect from the front house functions to be more friendly and pleasant - otherwise this would be 10 for me. Note: it is far from Sofia city centre - approx 30min drive (mostly uphill) to get to hotel therefore no shops / no other amenities nearby.

It's very warm, cozy, and clean. You can't beat the location. Staff is really nice, especially at the bar and restaurant. Atmosphere, food selection, and quality at the restaurant are quite good too. Breakfast is fine, although there could be more choices. Overall, it's a favorite place for me and my family.

- SPA zone is a bit worn out. The water hose in the steam bath is completely broken. The door connecting the main SPA zone with the garden and external sauna is not closing properly for more than a year now (it was the same when I visited in January last year). - Body lotion in the room was depleted (same as last time)

The hotel is locatad in a peaceful and tranquil place. The room was clean and cosy with beautiful view of snowy pines. Breakfast is pretty common, and the dinner menu is much better, I was not disappointed. Staff is polite and cheerful. And the hotel itself is stylish. What I liked the most was views: from the room, from the dining room, from the lobby. I want to visit Moreni again.

Sometimes there was no one of personnel in the lobby bar when I wanted buy some snacks or soft drinks. Considering that the hotel is distant from grocery stores it would be conveniet to have an opportunity to get something from the bar.

The property was very good , if we were going again we would probably go back to the hotel . It was a last minute booking because of other accommodation that didn’t work out, but where we ended up was fine. The young lady who we saw was very helpful and at-tentative

The only thing that we would say is that if you have a kettle there and a coffee machine, you should have cups and saucers, not just espresso cups if you require tea. The gentleman on reception should smile more and be more pleasant .

A great accommodation. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, with a spacious terrace (which we didn’t use due to the cold weather). I liked that robes and slippers were provided for the kids for the SPA. The SPA isn’t large, but it’s a good place to relax. Delicious dinner at the restaurant. Great views and outdoor activities nearby.

It's great that there’s a playroom for kids, but it’s next to a room that smells of smoke and is also quite chilly, so it doesn’t feel comfortable to stay close to the kids while enjoying a drink or a book. The breakfast was good, but it lacked more vegetable options and quality bread choices.

The room was comfortable, quiet, and spotless, with a beautiful view. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. The location is truly exceptional, offering breathtaking views. We only wish we had more time to enjoy our stay.

Everything was great overall. The only minor issue was the shower tap, which was a bit stiff and not very intuitive to use. However, we eventually figured it out, and it didn’t take away from our wonderful stay.

We stayed here for five nights and overall had a positive experience. The staff are pleasant. The rooms are small but functional, the shower has a good amount of power to it, even though it soaks the bathroom floor. (Never understand these open showers) There's a good breakfast selection - no complaints there. Free parking right outside. The road up to the hotel is an experience but not as bad as some folk make out. The hotel is half way up a mountain - what do you expect? The spa facilities are clean and fabulous. Sauna, steam room, hot tub, relaxation area. It's fine if it's quiet - not sure what it would be like if it was really busy. Maybe an outdoor hot tub would be a good addition. As mentioned, overall positive and would definitely recommend.

The carpet in our room had seen better days. Either needs a good deep clean or replaced. The restaurant at night was a strange experience. There's one waiter who looked and acted like the caretaker - not really appropriate. One night we ordered starters, they arrived, immediately followed by one of our main meals. So one main dish had to sit on our table for 10 minutes while we finished our starters and then wait for the other main to arrive. This is unacceptable. Turns out, the chef can only prepare one set of main dishes at a time. Don't really understand this but here's a tip. If you want to enjoy a meal with your partner at the same time, order the same thing! Must add, there was nothing wrong with the food.

Food was tasty, staff was always polite, the hotel is maintained well, it was clean and nice, the views from the hotel are amazing. Good start/finish point for trecks, especially in winter. The slopes for skiing are close. Bus from Sofia stops right outside. SPA is ok and clean, however if there are more people at once, it is rather small.

I missed a selection of simpler meals in the menu (without so much tastes combined together, or a simple steak with side salad). What I tried tasted very good tho, it's just my preference.
