The Manager and his associates were super efficient when I had a few issues with my room. This is an old hotel right near the Lvov Most metro on the main street through Sofia. But the rooms are spotless, everything works fine, and the sheets and beds were good. Even the wifi was good here so I had nothing to complain about. The pizza place next door to hotel also serves great regular and Lebanese pies, and there are many fast food options in neighborhood as well as a Lidl Supermarket.

The breakfast of a pastry and shot of coffee was not appetizing or worth the few extra levs I paid for the room. There are plenty of other places to get a more complete breakfast. And remember that this area north of Vitosha Walking Street is not Beverly Hills so expect to find more than a few characters and homeless folks along the way. I never felt unsafe, however.

Perfect location, right on the main square, 700 meters from Varna's main bus station. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and shops right below the hotel. The room was big

When you open the window in the room you see the whole center. The problem is that the window is located right in front of the crosswalk, and anyone standing at a red light can see you in the room

The accommodation was clean, welcoming and well located. It is at a 10 minutes walk from city center. Even if not everybody was speaking English very well, they have accommodated us fast, you receive very accurate information of the location, how to get into the building and room that you have been allocated. They also have a plaque at the entrance with the name of the hotel and address. It is a bit communist for those familiar with the style, but they put a lot of attention into details and styled it the best possible way. Overall, it's a fair price for what is offering.

The city was disappointing, it's far from looking as a European capital, but nothing to complain about the hotel.

Centrally located. Close to several landmarks and affordable restaurants. Lidl right across the street. Good value overall.

It gets loud at night. You can’t really fault the property, but many people return to the hotel at 2 am or 3 am and decide to have loud conversations in the hallway. It might help to put signs up with quiet hours after 10 pm.

The location and the price are the reasons why i choose this hotel i get what i was expecting. is near by to the bus station and from the airport you can come by the metro, but this location is not for solo girl in the night only.

Good location, the hosts reply fast, and our room had a spacious bathroom with an actual bath. Linens we're clean, and the bathroom had toiletries. Good value for this price.

the location was great, next to all the activities in sofia and close the metro station. the price was really fair for what u get and u have everything u need to sleep well at the room.

I loved the location. Close to transportation, free parking 3 min walking distance, and restaurants. The room and bathroom were large.

The curtains are too sheer so the sun comes right through in the morning. They should get dark curtains for people who sleep past sunrise.

Great location, great price. Easy late check-in. Comfortable bed and good shower. Clean bedding and bedroom.
