Everything was OK as promised on the hotel's promotion. Spacious rooms and hall, many pools and restaurants with wide variety of food. In the room you can get all necessary facilities, as well as bathrobe and slippers. I had a room with balcony and a view on the hills. The hotel is situated very close to the seaside. The food in restaurants was delicious especially Kampai with Asian food. The breakfasts were excellent for any type of diet with a big choice of dishes. a Also there are a SPA and Thermal there, which were included to the price of the room. Unfortunately, had no chance to try it due to a lack of time. I also liked the climate control in the room which is more healthier than conditioning. Very good and polite service at the reception. The seaside is very picturesque with lighthouse, pier, some monuments (especially Neptun's which was right in the sea).

The room design is really great, however, I felt a lack of privacy because the toilet room and the shower had just a glass doors and no wall. So it is up to you if you can stand it. The pools outside are rather small. The sea beach of the hotel is quite tricky - there are a lot of room for sunbathing but as for me to swim in the sea is quite dangerous there. So I used free beaches nearby.

It’s only the reception area and spa that feel 5 star, the rest of the place just isn’t 5 star, feels more 3/4 star. There is seagull poo everywhere all over the sunbeds and in the pool, this needs to be cleaned daily and it’s not acceptable that it isn’t nobody wants to swim in pools with poo in. The rooms are average, bathroom is nice beds are not comfy and pillows are shocking Pool bars closed during the week yet they have like /5 gardeners on at once so you have to walk really far to get a drink, not 5 star service at all. You should have a QR code at your sun bed and drinks need to be brought out, that’s 5 star service.

Good value for money. The spa is great, with lots of pools and saunas. The gardens and whole area - well kept, lovely place to walk around. The Japanese restaurant is nice and cozy.

The food in the main restaurant was monotone and mediocre. The lack of electronic systems is annoying- you have to tell reception each time you want to get out of the parking with the car, in the rooms there is no system to signal whether you are in or out, so the cleaning ladies wake you up in the morning by coming in if you forget hanging a Do not disturb sign on the door.

What really stands out about this location are the facilities and the view. Although it does not have direct access to the beach, you still get the chance to see the sea from the hotel. The pools are the main attraction, and I would definitely recommend them all year round.It is a choice you won't regret, and I recommend it to everyone who would like to spend a couple of relaxing days.

Most of the comments suggest that there is an issue with the hotel's check-out process. Even though the check-out time is 11 AM, guests have reported that their access card gets disabled around 10 AM, which can put them in an uncomfortable situation. This has happened to me as well. As a 5-star hotel, one would expect more flexibility and attention to such details. The food at the main restaurant is decent, but it may not meet the expectations of guests looking for a 5-star dining experience. While there is a variety of options, the quality of food is average at best. The staff does their job, but they do not go the extra mile or show a willingness to solve guest problems with a smile on their face.

The spa and pool areas were very nice. We had a lot of options for breakfast. Our room was clean and spacious.

The toilet and shower were not separated well in our room. They had a glass door and the door for the toilet had a big gap when closed so it was not very private.

Such a beautiful place! Everything is carefully designed with high class materials, rooms are spacious and comfortable, the yard and the pools are very clean. The restaurant offers each evening a real show in preparing and designing food. A place to be and a place to come back!

Unfortunately, but is not related to the hotel and staff, is the quality of people who arrived in this place. Some of them are totally uneducated, disrespectful, desperate to catch the food (and there was a lot of food). They jumped in the pools although is forbidden, talk and yell loud, stealing tea bags, listen "manele" music on their cellphones... I don't understand why are they choosing such a quiet and beautiful place... they are not capable to understand anything. This place is designed by architects, created for relaxation not for uneducated people...

Fantastic hotel for families! The mineral and thermal water pools, both indoor and outdoor, were a huge hit with the whole family—refreshing, relaxing, and pristine. The breakfast was top-notch, with a variety that pleased everyone, including plenty of kid-friendly options. Staff was welcoming, and the hotel had thoughtful touches for children, making it easy for us to relax. Highly recommend for a luxurious, family-friendly stay!

Breakfast was lovely and great choice. Pools and access to the beach was great. Good location. Loved that you could eat and drink the mini bar for free (top ups were extra). The Spa facilities were first class. Would definitely stay here again.

It is going to sound a bit weird, but the shape of the toilets is not designed for men when sitting down :). But you manage! Also not a fan of the towel in exchange for the card system. Particularly in the Spa area where free towels should be freely and readily available. Having to go out to the towel man by the pools when you may want multiple towels with sauna etc. was annoying and should be made available on the reception desk like most spas.

1. Pools and gardens are the best in Bulgaria. Outdoor and indoor pools, heated and cold ones, swimming pools, kids pools, a fun water slide for young kids, shade, old pine trees, quiet and peaceful even when full of people. 2. Sea view room - absolutely beautiful, comfortable and clean. 3. Comfortable and convenient for families with small children - you have everything for a stress free stay. 4. Doesn't feel too crowded even when fully booked. 5. Great Spa offer, very good massages.

1. Food - it's ok, you'll find what to eat, but it's not at the standard I would have expected for this hotel. The sweets at dinner and cakes at the bar are inedible. 2. Big gated parking, but it's paid. Since most tourists come by car, the price could be incorporated in the room rate. 3. Extremely expensive E charging station. Better charge in Varna at a fast charger. 4. Beach - small shelterd cove, great for kids, beach beds included, but no waves and full of bad smelling algae.

Top location, clean, good size rooms, nice SPA facilities, most of the staff members are really nice.

I personally am not impressed with the food quality. It’s plenty (breakfast and dinner buffets), but tasteless and not well cooked. I think onsite a la carte restaurants are a better choice for dinner.
