In general, the service was not bad. Great pool, convenient location, comfortable room. The territory of the hotel is clean and pleasant. Food is normal in most cases.

Staff members were not very kind and allowed themselves to make remarks to the guests, tried to "educate" the guests and behaved not very respectfully. It was not possible to collect drinking water in a bottle to take to the room. Water was allowed to be poured only into a glass. Low variety of food especially for breakfast. Breakfast was every day without changes. Dinner and lunch were also sometimes not very diverse, there was a lack of meat dishes and various vegetables and fruits.

Good for families, clean swimming pools,rooms aren't newly furnished but very clean! Every day someone has been cleaning the room we stayed at. Food is not bad at all , big choice of fresh salads. Deserts are quite repetitive/ same as breakfast. Overall good to visit had been for a second year.

Some of the food like the same salami every day....my son is not a good eater, so depends on the child. Also some of the foreign Russian speaking groups are quite rude trying to overtake your turn during service time is pathetic! And some of the groups at the villa were annoying keep drinking around the swimming pool with their phones playing music after 22:00Am. The Villa is supposed to be quiter and for people who don't look out for parties 🙄 The shower needs fixing.

Clean rooms, they were cleaned everyday. Great staff, always trying to help you. Drinks were good and not watered down. Pools were cleaned every morning.

The food is the same everyday with minor changes, but we were expecting this since it's a 3 star hotel. This is the only minus that I could provide.

Parking the car is a joke . They assign you a spot only to come back from your outing to find they assigned your parking spot to someone else! They did that every day they blame it on their coworkers and say oops. Parking is a circus. We had the third floor with a view of the pool did I mention we had to climb three floors several times a day the most fun is checking in and playing musical chairs with the cars blocking entrance and ramps, the best was during check in and check out 1 small luggage 1 medium luggage my 5 year old sleeping in one arm and the medium luggage in the other climbing over cars then three flights to our room. Otherwise all was great
