Great hotel, clean and comfortable rooms and apartments. Nice location, close to the beach, to a supermarket and to a variety of restaurants and cafes, without being too noisy. The pool is clean and there is a kid section. Nice garden and playground right next to the pool. Good breakfast and overall tasty food at the restaurant. Staff is very friendly and helping. We had amazing time with our toddler and would visit again.

Location is great. The hotel's location was good. The hotel facilities, pool and breakfast were very good. The staff weren't very friendly, but they weren't rude either. Their answers to questions were forced and insincere. within walking distance of the area's beaches, restaurants and markets.

Because I arrived with my car, I had trouble parking. They told me there was no parking. For a five-day stay, they didn't even inform me that there would be space available in the coming days. When I asked, they simply said there was no space. They suggested the parking lot at another hotel across the street. They said the street wasn't safe for free parking and that the car would be towed. However, there was a free six-car parking lot on the other side of the hotel that was open to the public, and I discovered it myself. I was never informed about that area.

Overall great experience. Friendly staff and lifeguard at the pool. The pool was great - warm water and comfortable sun beds. The terrace was spacious as well as the suite. Perfect location nearby the shops, restaurants and park with playground.

Very few things - for 8 days no one even dared to clean the floors. The beds were made every day, new sheets and towels etc, but no one even vacuumed or mopped the floors. Also unlike last year there were no glasses in the room. You wanna pour a glass of water? Tough luck. Wine even? Not a chance. Despite that - we would still visit.

We really enjoyed the studios/family suites, which were quite large and very new and comfortable. Also I was impressed by the restaurant's staff, who were all very attentive and professional. The food at the restaurant was quite decent and there was some very nice Bulgarian wine for purchase, so we enjoyed our meals there.

While the hotel is a short walk to the beach, it is situated on a busy street. It got quite loud both nights that we stayed there with what seemed to be a nightclub in close proximity. It's a very small thing, but I did not like that there was no coffee or tea available in the rooms. 2 coffee capsules were included as a courtesy upon arrival, but beyond that we had to purchase coffee capsules at reception. It's not about the expense (which was very small) but I think for a four star hotel, coffee and tea being available as a courtesy throughout the whole stay is pretty standard.

The suites are modern,spacious and clean. The WC zone is a bit small, but overall the bathroom area was great. The air conditioning was also great. Nice, big beds with comfortable mattresses. The swimming pool is clean and safe, the water is warm and there is a lifeguard available onsite. Close to the center and to a park with facilities for children.

A big minus and what we did not like was the bad food in the restaurant. For example a simple chicken soup was foul smelling and tasteless and the Ceaser salad was nothing but lettuce and some pieces of chicken, would recommend to eat outside. The park spaces are mainly on the street around and in front the hotel (public) if you’d like to have a private parking ( as mentioned in the facilities) you need to pay ( less than 10 EUR per day)

The room was very spacious and comfortable, with excellent air conditioning. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the beach and the restaurant area. Having a supermarket right next to the property is a big advantage. There’s also a bus stop (31a) right by the hotel, which makes it easy to get to Varna.

A few of the staff members came across as somewhat unfriendly, and when we first arrived, there were no shampoo or shower gel in the room—we had to go to the reception to ask for them.

As we are old customers, get benefit from free room upgrade and not for the first time. Breakfast is about the same every day of the year, but dinner is different. Not crowded in end of January, nice and helpful staff.

Indoor swimming pool unavailable, probable to optimize costs since opening of The Aquahouse Thermal & Beach facility nearby the beach with cost for two persons only for access and bathrobe of about 50 Euro for weekdays and 60 Euro during weekends. Slow WIFI, that is unusual for Romance Hotel.

Excellent location- 5 minutes walk to the beach, 5 minutes also to all the good restaurants, many shops around…it’s also extremely easy to get to Varna, with a 10-15 minute taxi ride. The staff are always very caring and helpful, the food tasty, healthy and abundant, perfect place to have a real break, and relax. Very good value for money, with spacious rooms.

The bathroom facilities are a bit basic, but again as we were always at the beach not a problem.

The hotel overall looks very nice, with a peaceful location that's perfect for relaxing. The breakfast was generous and varied, and the pool was clean and well-maintained.

The room had a vintage feel, but some elements could use a refresh. The furniture was dated, the wallpaper showed signs of wear, and the chair upholstery had a few stains. With some updates, the space could be much more inviting.

The maids were great, responsive, kind and smiling. We liked the pool, the size of the rooms and the location.

There is no parking on site - they sent us to a hotel across the street where we paid 10 EUR/day extra; The food at the restaurant is horrible; tasteless with few options for dinner.
