Quiet atmosphere, food, outside pool with thermal water.

The inside pool with cold water and semi thermal. Outside pool empty. They only started to fill it after many insistences. The sauna only works from Friday to Sunday, no possibility during week days. The hotel is listed twice on booking, with the same name Estreya which is very confusing. I didn't want this one. Even if it has same facilities for both of the wings. This hotel is not at level, in term of rooms. Old furniture inside, only shower available.

Close to the beach, central for food. Clean and pleasant place indoors.

WiFi was poor at best, often no signal. Water was cold in the early hours of the morning. Poor maintenance outside.

It is located about 5 min walk from the beach. Breakfast and dinner are good: buffet. The staff i friendly.

The breakfast is a bit late 8-10. I would prefer 7-10. Wi-fi is just HTTP access and most applications didn't work.

We asked for another room (because air conditioning didn't work) and we got a better room than we booked! We asked for two small repairs (sewer pipe connection under the sink and an adjustment to the bed) and in half an hour they sent a handy-man and fixed them. Out-door heated pool.

In-door pool had cold water. Clothes dryer was rusted. Bar closed at 22:00...

Not quite a 4 star hotel but also the price is not for a 4 star one. Old fashion facilities

Hard to find a parking spot.

The location us perfect, spacious and green territory of the hotel. Two outdoor pools, staff is friendly. Lobby bar is working until 22:00 with the variety of local alcohol.

The food is quite same and not always delicious. The quality of food does not reach 4* hotel. Air conditioning is quite weak, no changes/refill bath soaps, shampoos during long stay. Elevator is not working properly - need to wait quite long time even it is not being used. Pool bar is not working, no animation at all, however it was mentioned in the offer. Bed is not comfortable, some if the rooms are quite old. l

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We managed to have dinner upon arrival, since we were a little late for the allocated dinner time. The hotel had a space for two adults and two kids with separate bunk beds for the kids, which they really liked. We had a ground floor apartment with separate entrance and a small terrace, which was quite comfortable. The hotel is really big and was quite busy during the time we visited. One can see weddings and other events going on in different parts of the hotel.

The TV had only a few TV channels with poor quality. The couch was quite worn-off. The terrace was dusty. Some of the dining facilities were closed, which created large crowds at breakfast and dinner time.

The location was perfect. The food was really good and delicious. The staff were friendly. Beds were really comfortable

For a 4 star hotel the WiFi was really bad. We didn’t have WiFi in our room. And the airco was not blowing enough cold air. Our room was really hot in the evening.
