Very large and comfortable rooms, nice sea view, very clean rooms, silent hotel. The breakfast and and dinner food was pretty good, I don't complain, tasty and lot of choices. We also had plenty of parking spots.

Keep in mind that during dinner they don't include any drinks. You don't have even water, which is disrespectful for guests and kids and you have to pay for bottled water at the price of 5* hotel. Indoor pool is very small, with max 10 chairs, that can get busy all the time, if you stay there in a very crowded period. Also, the outdoor large pool is a big scam, the water temperature is cold for having a bath, especially for the kids. So this is a fake commercial(it is partially heated, but not hot enough for using it when outside there are less than 20 degrees) We had to pay for getting access to Aquahouse Health Spa place, aprox 90 leva(with discount) for 2 adults and 1 child( here we really enjoyed more than 10 indoor and outdoor heated pools).

Location, breakfast and dinner food (you can buy dinner if you did not book it, it's buffet and it's very good). Nice spa with good treatments, great to also have access to Aqua House thermal (lots of mineral water pools, saunas) - especially on a rainy day. Nice view of the sea, large room.

Not the cleanest - on one day, the room was not made up at all and when we asked about that, we were told bluntly that it was a busy day and they would clean on the following day (they seem understaffed, but as a guest it is not my fault, I'd expect a kinder attitude). On the last night, there was a dog in the room next to us that barked for around 2 hours because it had been left alone. We called reception several times because we couldn't sleep and only around 1.30 am they managed to determine the owner to return to the hotel and calm the dog down. It is not their fault, but they should have clearer policies about pets - pets cannot be left alone in a hotel room...

Well located, spacious rooms, nice breakfast area inside and outside. beautiful outside landscaping (geranium pots, pergola, statutes). several swimming pools. access to the beach and a few restaurants nearby. gated area with restaurants, supermarket, beach shops, etc. Veyr convenient.

Wait at elevators, 4 elevators dont seem like enough and i didnt see/find an ption for stairs. Lots and lots of children! it was quite loud, even though i had chekced online and it said this place had less children, it was packed with families (90% of guests were families). Need a car (or taxis) to get to Varna and/or explore, but the location is lovely.

Beautiful interior, clean and well maintained rooms, the garden is amazing too. Great location!

There was a evening wedding event in the hotel during our stay. The wedding continued until 2:45am. The music was very load and we couldn't sleep until they finished with their celebrations. Me and couple of other guests of the hotel complained at the reception however the staff didn't do much. In Bulgaria is illegal to make noise after 11pm... and especially in holiday resorts where people come to rest hence why I was very surprised why the hotel management allowed this evening event to take place in a hotel full of guests! This is something that the hotel management have to reconsider if they don't want to lose customers!!!

We liked the look and feel of the property. Everything was super fine - the view, the garden, the pool, the lobby. Modern design - in a good way. We also liked the fact that the kids pool was warm and nice. There was a café right next to it so the parents could enjoy frappe while the kid is swimming, and you can watch him from the café. The location is great - it’s right next to the beach, and also the restaurants around our are very good. It looks very high end location and atmosphere. The singers in dinner were very professional, and there was a romantic atmosphere in the garden of the main restaurant. There is a pianist, looks like a princess at the lobby- she is amazing. If you buy also the Aqua house free entrance, it’s also one of the best spa and thermal pools we’ve been at. The view to the sea is amazing and also the atmosphere.

- Most of the stuff never smile, and it looks like they’re doing your favor even talking to you. - the kids club is not real- we saw in the website that they have a kids club, but actually there is only a room with toys and no stuff is there.

The hotel is luxurious, well maintained. The location by the sea, but the most significant is the excellent attitude and help of the staff in every matter. It is important to note the professional spa staff. The breakfast is extraordinarily rich and varied and during the day there is a free drinks bar in the lobby.

Truly beautiful hotel, very comfortable beds and a lovely room with amazing sea views. I watched the sunrise one morning while still in bed with my head on my pillow. 😜 Our room was on the 4th floor and it had the best views. The facilities were superb (especially the outdoor pool area and the gardens). We were very happy with the diverse breakfast buffet - a lot of options to suit a lot of different tastes. Everything was spotlessly clean, and everything was tastefully decorated, and we felt truly relaxed and enjoyed a lovely family holiday. We also truly enjoyed the free access to the Aqua House, which was a lovely treat that had a lot to offer ( 13 pools znx various saunas). This also looked very nice and clean and has bars and a restaurant. The resort Constantine and Helena has also impressed us, even though it's a small resort, the centre was beautiful and clean with good restaurants and amenities, and all the new buildings had such beautiful architecture - a real treat for the eyes as well. Lastly, they have beautiful beaches very close to the hotel with fine sand and clean crystal clear blue sea.

Sadly, for such a beautiful hotel, some of the staff members from Lena Pavilion were quite rude, and that was unfortunate as we really enjoyed everything else about our stay. Especially the male bartender, and this happened more than once. Firstly, we waited to order some drinks for quite a long while, and you could tell he couldn't be bothered being there, and he was chatting with his waiter colleagues, acting like like we were invisible. When he could finally be bothered to talk to us, he seemed extremely bothered and very unpleasant to interact with. The next days, the same story repeated.

Excellent location and clean & comfortable room and bathroom. Monty restaurant situated at the reception level not to be missed. Good breakfast, good Wi-Fi signal and underground parking place were included in the room price. Complementary access as guest of Astor to the Aqua house (thermal area) was very welcoming. Outside heated pool (25 m length x 20 width and 1.2-1.5 m depth) offered us an excellent opportunity to swim and enjoy the great outside weather (1 lane dedicated for swimming).

Outside swimming pool needs more attention and needs to be refreshed and cleaned more often.
