The elevator was not working properly, one single elevator and the hotel was full with people that came for treatment The food was too much and with a very bad quality and was served cold most of the time The towels - very bad quality The door from the ballcony was not closing properly, maybe it was forced at some point The staff doesn t know english

The food was lovely. The facilities were very good, with an indoor and an outdoor pool. The personal was very kind and accommodating my needs. I went to Dentaprime clinic, which is 10 minute walk away and they allow me to have lunch instead of dinner on one day because of my appointment.

The bedroom is a bit dated but still in good condition. It was big, clean and comfortable.

I have stayed here a few times and really like this hotel. It's clean, food is very good. Location is great.

The bed creaked in room 310 The staff are ok, they do their job but could smile a bit more and interact with the guests. There is no welcoming atmosphere in any part of the hotel. I truly felt sorry for them having jobs they don't seem happy in, which is a shame and a big come back on the training of the hotel. I have been in customer service for many years and no matter how nice a place is, it's the staff that makes all the difference. If you have not got good friendly, helpful considerate staff, you have very little.

Location was great, restaurants close by, room size great, choice of bath or shower. Swimming pool and sauna very good.

The staff, the food, the location, the facilities.

The water in the pool was not very clean. The floor of the shower was leaking and it made a part of the carpet in the room damp.

It was good stay, friendly staff, very clean room and balcony, towels changed every morning. In restaurant was very tasty food for breakfast and for dinner (half board)

Only one negative, the mattresses extremely not comfortable... I read previous reviews, people also complained about the mattresses.Change it and we will come again 🙃.

The hotel is very nice...a retro feeling...but in a good way! The food is very good...i think everyone should find something for their taste! The staff was very helpful and nice.

Love this hotel. I am always welcomed I stay here when I come to Constantine Helena. It is locate 2 mins from the center and the beach. They have their own parking at 15bgn a day easy access. Food good, room fantastic size bed comfortable, staff pleasant. The location is great. All satisfactory.
