If you're not considering a seaside vacation, this place is an excellent choice that provides great value for your money while meeting your essential sleeping needs. The staff is extremely helpful and dedicated to creating a welcoming atmosphere that will make you feel right at home.

The room size is a bit on the smaller side, and it's worth noting that the beach is a 10-minute walk away. However, in my opinion, the beach itself might be too small to comfortably accommodate all the tourists from the surrounding hotels during the summer season (although I acknowledge that this assessment is based on our visit during the spring, so it might differ in the summer). Additionally, it's important to mention that the walls are thin, and there can be significant noise coming from neighboring rooms.

Amazing place to stay with amazing people that run it. Close to the city center of Sveti Konstantin and Helena. Also a few minutes with the car to the Varna center. Staff is lovely and charming and allow food to be ordered to the hotel, they even have a partnership with a local Italian restaurant. Nice little pool that is empty all the time if you need the peace and quiet. Room is a normal size with a private shower and terrace. Free coffee and tea all day in the eating area!

Parking is a bit small but a spot can be found in nearby corners.

We booked last minute and wasn’t really sure what to expect but the room was immaculate and comfortable. We had a lovely balcony and a view. Very spacious. We arrived after reception closed and clear instructions were given and it was easy to get inside.

Quite a narrow street and lots of construction going on so it was a little hard to navigate with a large car.

We had room 205 which is great: two floors (1st floor - bathroom and livingroom with tv, 2nd floor - bedroom and a huge terrace). Great view to the sea from the bedroom and the terrace V. We enjoyed it every morning when we woke up and took coffee or breakfast there. Very clean, new furniture, good beds. A småll pool in the garden. Very nice and friendly staff. You can order breakfast for 6 euro. We ordered twice: once the omelett and once pancake. Coffee and tea are available all the time and icluded in the room fee. Actually not far from the beach, but the closest beach was tricky to find, we missed it the 1 st day (You have to go next to the resort home for the police, Tilia). Fridge in the room. 600 m to the buss stop, so you can go to Varna and back.

We missed juice for the breakfast we ordered. They should include the juice, you pay for the breakfast anyway, Far from the centrum of the resort, so there is a distance to places to eat.

We have stayed here several times over the past 10 years. We love how its location provides quietness, sea views, but easy access to everything we need by a short walk. The hotel provides parking, Staff are super welcoming, friendly, and helpful to all of the needs we require every visit. We ordered breakfast and once again this was a good selection and plentiful. This year we took additional family and they loved it too. The pool and seating area outside is great. We will certainly be returning again.

Amazing hotel and room, very attentive staff, everything is unusually clean, the breakfast is delicious. To the beach 10 minutes walk slowly. We liked the beach, everything is fine! Will definitely come again, it was the best stay and the best room, many thanks to the hotel staff!

Exceptional cleanliness and welcome bottle of water - very much needed after the long tiring drive. We don’t watch TV but there were two of them, in each room! And I noticed that little check out list and appreciated the humour.

I was a little bit lost about the breakfast, and general emptiness at the reception. I would appreciate a little guide with rules in the room.

The mattress was super comfortable, I slept very very well.

The toilet was a little smaller than expected, but that wasn't really a big deal.

Unfortunately they didn't have anything for my four grandchildren to drink at breakfast.

It was impeccably clean. There was very good free coffee and a small croissant in the morning for each guest.
