Maintainance of the property lacks significantly. The rooms are quite nicely designed but the mainainance has lacked. mould, paint is coming off in certain places etc, pressure in the shower is minimal. Once it was probably a great resort when it was new, now it needs a thorough update. But then again; you get what you pay for and considering that it was quite a good price/quality stay.

Absolutely loved our 3-night stay at Ajntha Resort! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. We stayed in a stunning beach front pool villa, and it was everything we dreamed of – peaceful, luxurious, and just steps away from the ocean. Waking up to the sound of waves and enjoying our private pool with a view was pure bliss. A perfect spot for relaxation and quality time. Highly recommend this hidden gem for anyone looking for a memorable getaway!

Amazing beach! Great breakfast! The water is stunning, so blue and amazing jungle palm trees lining the beach. It just needs a more regular clean up as rubbish does float in from the tides sometimes. The views from rooms are amazing, and the pool was really good also with good views. They give you free mini bar in room, with snacks too, and the rooms are a really good size. There are some really adorable little cats on the property, which is lovely to see them being looked after by the hotel.

Rooms need some updating as a little outdated and then can seem a bit worn down or dirty, the pool also needs a little bit more of a clean as a lot of debris falling in. Same with the beach, it’s not rubbish from hotel it’s just from the tides, but it just needs a bit more of a regular tidy up by hotel in order to give the stretch of beach that wow factor, as it is truly a stunning landscape and crystal blue waters! 😊

My room 101 was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially a very kind and friendly man named "TOP" who was a trainee at breakfast and dinner.

Absolutely, without any doubt, Ajinta need to have a small table and 2 chairs made available for the accommodation balcony. At no time was it comfortable enough to sit outside and enjoy a coffee, or, order room service to eat and/or drink at table. I can say with honesty that if I had a table and 2 chairs at room 101, my wife and I would have bought bottles of wine and food to enjoy on our own private balcony.

Beachfront: The sea is clean, clear, and has fine sand. The hotel provides kayaks and life vests. I recommend wearing water shoes. Food: 10/10 I work as a chef and usually don’t favor hotel food, but the seaside dining area, Boxbyx Bar, was outstanding. The Thai food is spicy and flavorful, with fresh, large prawns and crab. The Western options, like spaghetti, are decent, while the pizza is delicious and freshly made. Staff: 10/10 Front desk staff are helpful and easy to contact. The restaurant team provides excellent service, with free drinking water served throughout the day at the poolside and by the beach

Hot Water System: The hot water system was a bit confusing at first. If you're unsure, ask the staff for help. A quick demonstration or additional explanation would be helpful initially. The in-room coffee is of a good brand and tastes nice, though the coffee machine feels a bit outdated.

Friendly staff from restaurant staff to cleaning staff. Addressed any issues. Great location to beach. Food very good all way through. Overall great.

TV channels limited and not all working, not that we needed to watch TV. TV too small for the room. Nice to have 2 chairs in the room. Only bad thing every water tap I seemed to encounter was loose to it fixings. Furniture a bit damaged in room. Needs a bit more maintenance.

Rooms and pool were just great.

Complimentary water was available at all times, also in the beach area. But when only you sit on a chair in hotel restaurant, you need to order super expensive bottled water. Also, when in the light of luck o Aperol Spritz (run out of Prosecco or sth) I asked to make me one based on house white wine instead - I was charged almost 600 TBH vs. 390 TBH price for that cocktail based on Prosecco which obviously is much more expensive.

Water in Swimmingpool has many dust , breakfast provide two same cakes every morning , this can have some changes for every two three days . Shower …. Really not good

Resort is located in very nice tropic garden, in the middle of the island jungle. Beach is exceptionally nice. It is quite place there are just few people on the beach. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast - sufficient offer.

Yes, indeed rooms are bit outdated. Owner of the resort made light refurbishment, this slightly improved impression. Resort is bit isolated, not sure if there are any restaurants nearby.

The beach is really nice, with sun chairs and complementary water. The breakfast was really good. Just the entrance of the resort is a bit ugly cz is still in construction but once you are in , who cares? Reception was helpful, we could rent scooter from them, reception number on the key and we cpuld call and ask for anything we need .
