Very friendly helpful staff, good location to centre. Big room for 3 of us. Very clean.

Access to rooftop pool was a bit difficult. Got lost trying to fit initially, and had to get member of staff to operate lift each time to allow us access to it.

Staff were always pleasant, helpful and friendly. The room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was a good choice of both Khmer and Western breakfast options and was very good quality. The restaurant is also open for lunch and dinner and once again, a good choice is available. The pool is a decent size and pleasant to swim in or relax around. The location of the hotel is great - just a short walk from Bassac Lane area with all the bars and restaurants. There is also a very good Craft Beer bar, 'Botanique' across the road from the hotel and a restaurant serving Georgian food, both also very good to visit. The hotel is also only a short tuktuk ride away from the riverside and the Royal Palace.

I stayed for 10 days ... From the time of checking in to checking out... Everything was almost perfect.. ! "Awesome Breakfast" offers a delightful range of morning meals, catering to both Western and local tastes. The continental breakfast includes perfectly cooked eggs, crispy toast, and freshly brewed coffee, providing a familiar and comforting start to the day. For those craving a local twist, the menu shines with flavorful options like fried rice, savory noodles, and aromatic soups. Whether you prefer a classic or want to explore regional cuisine, "Awesome Breakfast" balances both choices, ensuring a satisfying experience for every palate. Special mention to Chheng Heang and Sina who were both very professional in their respective positions, friendly, knowledgeable and went out of their way (above and beyond) to accommodate my requests which were pretty basic. Even the "house keeping team" (didn't get their names) who were all rounders and not only cleaned and tidied up the rooms but also the entire hotel compound! They were always so keen and courteous to do what they do best !! Another thing that stood out for me was the greenery surrounding the Garden cafe and the pool. This I felt was the most enticing feature, which gave me much comfort everyday. It also kept the entire compound coolish especially when the days hit over 30+degrees C. Overall a very "Comfortable, Soothing & Friendly Stay".

The location was very good. A short walk to Bassac Street with a wide range of bars and restaurants to suit the pocket. Not too far from the Royal Palace and museum if you're up for a bit of a walk otherwise a tuk-tuk gets you the heart of the city in a short time. European style micro brewery just over the road from the hotel and Georgian restaurant. Cafe on site serves an excellent breakfast along with local and western dishes. The pool is lovely surrounded by shady trees and plants. Overall, I couldn't recommend this place enough.

Not a lot you can do about humidity and rain storms.

Skyline boutique hotel was a great choice for our family. We originally were booked for the family room but ended up in the two bedroom apartment. This was a great decision for us as it gave our teenager their own room and ensuite! The kitchen was a helpful convenience and meant I could prepare some meals for us before a day out. We had breakfast included and enjoyed this each day. There is also a great pub across the road which has fabulous food. The hotel is a little away from the main hotel area but very safe as it is in the consulate area. No busy night time noise and a security guard and front reception staff member on 24/7. Rose was particularly helpful during our stay and another staff member assisted us with contacting a local guide on his mobile when mine wouldn’t work. The kitchen staff also heated up some food for me in the kitchen microwave. All round a great experience. Beautiful property, wonderful staff.

This is an old building, so there were some quirks with the power outlets and finding them around the room - there weren’t many. But apart from some creative thinking on our part, no complaints.

The hotel is a little green peaceful paradise in the midst of Phnom Pen busy city centre. The facilities are excellent, and staff is more than helpful. Afternoon receptionist Rose is a gem and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was relaxed and fulfilling.

There was a little misunderstanding concerning the payment for the airport transfer: I had assumed from the information on booking.com that the transfer would be free, but I ended up paying USD 15 (which is more than fair price for the distance, I understand). So perhaps it's worth clarifying that the hotel arranges but does not cover the cost of the airport transfer.

This hotel formerly a Palace was a little oasis in busy central Phnom Penh. The reception staff were genuinely welcoming and heloful especially the girl on the 2-11pm shift. The cafe breakfast menu has plenty of choice and the staff there are very polite and helpful. The pool we had access to on the ground floor was the perfect temperature to enjoy either before or after some sightseeing. Housekeeping and maintenance staff work discreetly and tirelessly to keep rooms and communal areas clean. Room was comfortable with plenty of storage space.

We grappled a bit with the air conditioning and couldn't easily get it into the Goldilocks zone. A fan would have been useful. There is some building noise from nearby projects but it wasn't disturbing and there's so much building in the city that other hotels must be far worse for building noise. The second pool and gym mentioned in the hotel's description appeared to be accessible only to guests who paid more than we did!

Love small, cosy clean hotels and Skyline was perfect for me. Staff were friendly and Rose at the front desk was exceptional. She helped me with a booking, an airport transfer and even went out of her way to exchange some money from down the road as they didn’t have enough on site. I so appreciated this. The pool was clean and refreshing. Restaurant food yummy, the coffee strong and cocktails delicious. The property was well maintained and the location was great as it was within walking distance to Bassac Lane (popular for bars) Royal palace, shops and ATMs.

Breakfast was amazing. Hotel staffs were very helpful, special credits goes to Ms. Rose. Both my children loved Rose, she has many interesting stories to share with us. The hotel pool depth is 1.2m to 1.6m. Both my children and my husband enjoyed swimming. The hotel has an indoor playground (suitable for children 2-6yrs old). Hotel location is strategic as its 5 mins walk to Bassac lane (where you will find good food, Elia Greek Cuisine and Mama Wong Noodle House). Opposite this hotel you will also find Botanical Beer cafe and Georgian Cuisine. All amazing food are walking distance from this hotel, which makes it very convenient for us.

Wonderful hotel. Great staff especially Rose. A very polite staff, helpful in guiding us to restaurants and tours. This hotel is a five star hotel. Rooms are large, space for luggage, good showers with lots of hot water. The facilities are clean, comfortable and welcoming. The restaurant on site is very nice and the breakfast has many options. Many sites are within asking distance but Tuktuks are everywhere and are inexpensive. Thanks for being so welcoming.
