This is possibly one of the closest properties to Angkor Wat, so thats definitely great. Plus they offer decently prized tours also. It’s about 10-15 minutes away from the centre, but the hotel organised all tuk tuks for us every time, so we literally had no problem. The room is pretty basic (washroom is clean and well lit) but it works if you are looking for something rustic/non touristy. However, the BEST thing about this place is its ever smiling, helpful staff. I will always remember them as the highlight of my stay.

- super friendly and welcoming staff - very quiet (we felt like we’re alone there) - perfectly clean - amazing location (just few minutes by tuktuk to angkor wat and other temples, close to siem reap center) - delicious food (we ate there everyday, always 10/10. they are so nice that even when the kitchen was closed on our late arrival, they still prepared dinner for us) - swimming pool (ahhh) + chilling area with hammocks etc - spa on site (aaaahhhh) - tuktuk drivers working with hotel are friendly, fun and very flexible (we were visiting the temples with Somnang for 3 days and it was perfect) - fast and stable internet (47mbit+, wifi in each bungalow) - comfy and cosy bungalow (AC, fan)

Nothing to complain about. (Some people wrote about dirt road leading to the hotel, but it’s just like 50m, no issue at all for tuktuks or cars, so completely ridiculous complaints)

Pool area was very comfortable.

The facility was frequently out of pool towels. They need to keep the pool towels better stocked. The facility is in an area that is really not walk able. There are many stray dogs around that make walking, even to the corner store, a bit of adventure. I didn't have a problem with them but some people that are sensitive to stray animals might be bothered. To get to the resort you need to drive about 300m on a heavily rutted dirt road, this should be included in the property description.

Hotel set in beautiful grounds, lush and peaceful. Bungalow very clean and comfortable with spacious bathroom and very pleasant terrace. Fridge and kettle provided. The swimming pool is a good size and very well maintained. Lovely to have a cooling swim after touring temples.

The main downside of this hotel is the location. It's about a fifteen minute tuc tuc drive from Siem Reap town centre. The hotel is at the end of a dirt road in quite a deprived area. This means it's not really possible to get anywhere without a driver, which adds expense.

Very atmospheric and friendly place. The cosy little huts you stay in offer spacious bathrooms and big fridges. The kitchen offers a great variety of regional meals at reasonable prices. On our late arrival it was already closed but we were offered neatly arranged sliced fruit, as the staff in general was extremely friendly and eager to make your stay comfortable. They organised three private tours to the temples and sights for us with a superbly informed guide, who showed us the beaten hot spots as well as his own „hidden“ places inside the vast area.

Location is at a certain distance to the town. This is in a way made up by the relatively short way to Angkor Wat.

The Palm Village is a unique place. The rooms are in a beautiful garden with pool, the staff is amazing and super kind, they offered us a wardrobe of robes, dresses and sandals to use during our stay. It’s in a perfect position close to the Angkor site. You can ask directly at the property for tuk tuk rides and tour guides in various languages and charge everything on the room. During our stay we were accompanied by Mr. Ry, our amazing tuk tuk driver. He brought us around the temples all day and waited for us to visit before bringing us to the next site. We were also guided all day by Mr. Sciha, which we recommend so much. We had amazing food too for breakfast, lunch and dinner at the Resort. You also get the chance to relax after a long trek day with a coconut oil massage. We will recommend this property to all our friends.

A Lovely boutique hôtel sourrounded by nature. I really enjoyed chilling at the hotel away from the noisy city vibe. The food is homemade and fresh. The staff is very kind. Close to Angkor Wat. Loved this place ! Will definitely stay again. Just had an issue with: I rented directly from the hotel but it’s better to rent directly at a shop so you know what you are renting ( I biked with 1 gear only 😅). Double check if they send you a car or a bumpy mini van they send to pick you up at the airport.

This is a calm and relaxing place with beautiful gardens, a wonderful pool and delicious food. The staff were really friendly and helpful and it was easy to go by the hotel's tuk tuk driver to the nearby angkor temples.

We enjoyed the khmer style bungalows, which stayed cool, but were a bit dark inside. The location was lovely for quiet and temples but not suitable for walking into town.

The atmosphere and the garden setting is amazing and peaceful. The staff are welcoming and helpful. The hammocks and the pool are relaxing. The rooms are traditional and basic, but comfortable and full of charm Proximity to the temples is great

It suited us perfectly and we appreciated it's authenticity and character, but if you are going to be upset by some decor being a bit rough around the edges it's not for you.

The grounds where the cabins were located and the pool area were superb. The staff were very friendly and efficient and the food cooked on the premises was very good and reasonably priced. It's quiet and requires a tuk tuk into Siem Reap centre but that wasn't an issue for us . I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again in the future , it was one of the nicest properties I have stayed in, in Asia . Special thanks to the owner and her team , bravo !!
