It is not appealing from the outside. But the place was very clean. The beds comfortable with decent linens . The room was good there was free coffee and tea in the room . A restaurant as well was decent. They offer complementary breakfast. Price is very reasonable.

The breakfast was nothing special but ok and good coffee. I was on the bottom floor and it was very loud when people in the upper room walked across the floor. But it was a quiet place not a rowdy crowd

Super friendly and very welcoming. They even had a resturant, which had amazing curry dishes. The samosas where a hit. Defo try the chicken korma and chicken biryani. They also had pizza, burger, fried chicken etc. Hot breakfast was good.

The TV in the room was a little hard to get to turn on. Finally worked it out, though.

The breakfast was okay with hot and cold options. Nothing fancy but adequate.

The coffee machine was not working the morning we were there which was a big disappointment for many. We used the coffee machine in our room.

Girl at front desk very friendly. Everything was very clean and it smelled so fresh. The restaurant was fabulous and so was the young lady working. Also the breakfast was really good. Nice variety.

the pillows could use an upgrade as well as the tv. Couldn't change the red aspect and the people all looked squished on the screen . Lol

Everything was really clean! The front reception staff was very friendly and helpful. They close at 10 pm but stayed open late as we were unable to be there before 10:30 pm. The breakfast was also fantastic, French toast, scrambled eggs, pancakes, fruit etc all great quality!

We always enjoy staying at this hotel when we visit Crowsnest Pass. The staff always go out of their way and even let us dine in the restaurant when we arrived after their closing time. So appreciated after we came back late from exploring the area with our family!

Under renovation currently but the renovated rooms are really well done. Beds were comfortable. Location was easy to get to. Close to Tim’s if you like that kind of breakfast. Super friendly staff. Coffee machine at breakfast was great.

Our room was clean, newly renovated, and comfortable.

The first day our room didn't get cleaned. We had to go to the front desk for towels, Kleenex, and toilet paper. The next day, they cleaned our room, but the garbage bin did not get emptied.

The room was clean but dated. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were very quiet. There were a lot of work crews staying in the motel at the same time and we didn't hear a thing. I would stay here again.

I thought that the price of the room was quite steep compared to other years. But everything in the Pass is expensive.

Overall good! One thing i wanna say is not enough room for parking. We had to park on the street.
