Staff were friendly. The room was clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was hot and provided a good assortment.

We were there when national speed skating teams were there from 3 different countries, which made find a location to sit for breakfast very challenging. The teams had dinner and lunch in another location of the hotel and I feel the same should have happened for breakfast for the benefit of other guests.

I did not appreciate having to walk back out to the icy parking lot to insert a hotel parking permit on my dashboard. They could have recorded my license number and done their own verifications to suit themselves in their definitely not stressed parking area rather than me, the customer having to make extra/ somewhat hazardous exercises on their lazy behalf.

Great location easy to navigate Calgary. Nice rooms great staff! Front desk Jeyma rocked the world. Awesome check in she is what every hotel hopes for to be successful. Thanks Jeyma.

Security anyone could access the property. More card readers for parking doors and elevator would make me feel better.

The staff we met were professional and welcoming, from reception to breakfast service. The room looked just like the photos—spacious and spotless! I’m quite picky about bathrooms, and I was pleasantly surprised to find even behind the toilet seat perfectly clean. Would absolutely book again!

Great location near Banff Trail station Bed was very comfy, great shower with easy to control temperature, good sized room, quiet at night Good breakfast with plenty of choice Staff were very good, twice looking after my luggage whilst I visited the city centre

The fridge was noisy at night, so I had to unplug it

That the food wasn't til 3 , but was very good food and prices and service , there was only the pool table avalible first come first serve , that it was stated you needed a group 10 to use the rec room

This is perfect for a quick stop if you have something in the university/NW area. It's clean, efficient, quiet, and adequate. It's in a row of hotels, so don't expect any green space to wander leisurely. Close to main arteries, surprisingly quick to get downtown. Breakfast was basic with a varied selection of hot and cold.

The room was quite small. If we had a lot of luggage, it would be cramped.

Tricky to drive to. The Banff Trail is a small strip of road running parallel to Crowchild Trail. I could see the hotel but was on the wrong side of the light rail tracks. Took a bit to figure out access

The staff were super freindly. The room very very clean. The bed and comfy and the shower had good pressure. The breakfast was delicious as well. I recommend this place and will do so others! 10/10

The only problem i had was the parking. There are not enough stalls to the number of rooms. We had to park in handicap parking. And someone else had to park on the sidewalk.

The location was good close to bus and train. The rooms were clean. The customer service was excellent

I had booked the room through booking .com from March 29th to April 8th . However , I missed the connecting flight to calgary and was stranded in Los Angelus. All of us were put in a hotel in Los Angelus . I did not get refund for one night
