Close to where we needed to be. Very clean. Breakfast was fresh and well attended too

Out room was right above the pool on the Saturday night of our stay at 10:20 we had to call the front deck to ask them to please close the pool. Was extremely loud. But it was a Saturday night so wasn’t a huge deal for us as we have had young children on vacation so we understand

Super clean, friendly staff, great location

Ran out of food twice during our stay. Should rearrange breakfast flow to accommodate more people getting through and not standing in line. There should be the same choices for breakfast whether you arrive at the beginning or the end.

Loved how close it was to the C train. Rooms comfortable. Nice that there was an all day coffee station but would suggest a water station especially in the hot summer months. Would have been a nice touch!

Breakfast hours during the week should be to 10 like on the weekends as most people staying here are on vacation. Small pool for the price of the stay. Wish there was a restaurant or coffee house at the hotel.

It was in a convenient location next to the train stop to take us down to the Calgary Stampede. It had good parking even for a Ford F350–better parking for smaller vehicles. It was close to good restaurants.I loved that we had maid service every day. While I was there, I felt safe and secure.

The room was large enough to provide comfort for my two week stay. It was clean. The proximity of the hotel to the C Train was excellent, allowing you to be in the centre of the town in minutes. The staff were friendly and willing to help any little need. It was a good hotel, which I've used in the oast and will use again.

Breakfast was a great let down in this hotel by using paper plates and plastic cutlery. The porridge was too often like water and really unfit for consumption. I had breakfast outside a number of times and when in the dining room brought my own plates and cutlery.

Very good breakfast- especially in a hurry - easy to get food, sit, eat, and onward. Easy to get to - options - car, train - close to a main road. Our case - close to hospital. Easy to remember Banff trail for address.

Being an out of towner - Martha’s a map of eating places or map of areas to visit - food, museums, points of interest.

Very clean hotel and pool. Stayed in a king suite which was very large and bright. Underground parking was a bonus! Friendly staff Not the best neighborhood however the hotel felt very secure. Warm pool and hot tub was actually hot! My son loved the waterslide Breakfast was pretty decent as well!

The location was excellent 5 minutes from downtown , across the street from the C train which was so handy. Right on the junction between the number one and the number one A highways so very easy to get to from out of town when you're driving and get back out of town if you're heading towards the mountains! The staff was more than friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The breakfast was delicious and the underground parkade was great. If you're coming into town for a sporting event this would be your place to stay!

Wish there was a Starbucks close by ;)

Proximity to the university was great. The breakfast was good although more fruit selection would be nice. The staff was very accommodating and friendly and our room was clean & appears to have been updated in recent years.

It is really close to a busy street and is a little difficult to turn into the parking lot. If you miss the turn you have to go quite a ways before you can turn around.

breakfast have variety of choices. excellent!!!... transpo to downtown is just across the street... and complimentary parking is available when you have a car.

the curtain does not shade the sun at night since we were there when the sun set at around 10pm. hard to go to sleep earlier.
