The gentleman at the front desk that greeted me was super friendly and very helpful. The beds were comfortable. The continental breakfast was good. The pancake machine was cool and the muffins were great. The lovely lady that was attending to the continental breakfast was super friendly and made sure everything was fresh and replenished.

The night stand & table top in my room had not been wiped and were quite sticky with cup marks and remnants from the previous occupants. I know it's a pet friendly hotel, but I picked a non pet friendly room so the vinyl floors were kind of a surprise, so the room wasn't as comfortable as it could have been as the doors to the patio were quite drafty so the vinyl floors were really cold.

I love that it was so quiet, and I got more of a renovated room with 2 beds and an amazing bathroom. Nice and big, and close to Foothills Hospital, plus having parking under a street light makes my vehicle feel safe. Its nice to see that the company is actually wanting to improve the rooms by doing renovations and giving it a fresh face lift on the inside of each room.

Beds are not super comfortable and there is no thermostat so you can't control the temperature in the room. Also didnt like that it was so hot in the room that I had to run the window fan and have cold air all night. Plus, it was fricking loud, so getting a good sleep wasnt exactly successful

We booked as we just needed someone overnight at a reasonable price. We were happy with the room. It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was surprisingly good with a good choice.

The male staff member in the afternoon was a little rude. He spoke very quickly and, due to his accent, I found him a little hard to understand at times. He got grumpy when he needed to repeat himself.

I was expecting a typical motel, but I was surprised to see the good facilities and the location (10 minutes walking from a LTR station). Breakfast was good: eggs, oranges, cereals, pancakes, muffins, bread, coffee and orange juice. I wasn't expecting so much variety. The room was clean.

Everything was good.

Very nice staff was very clean We understood that it is an economy option but were pleasantly surprised .tasty breakfast which pleased us very much as it was included in the price of accommodation.

Multicolored linen is more usual to see in white hotels.I didn't understand why the clothes rack is above the microwave, making it very difficult to store things.

The room had everything you could need, it was simple but effective. It wasn't the most updated room but I also don't need that. The staff were awesome and great to deal with. The little pancake machine for breakfast was awesome.

Could be updated but other than that nothing crazy.

Everything we needed for a reasonable price. Not too far from the airport and right on highway1 for heading into the Rockies. The included Breakfast was much better than expected too.

Rooms a bit outdated but were clean and well equipped so not a problem. Looks like they are upgrading them gradually, but the price will probably go up to reflect this!

staying at the hotel, very cozy, comfortable, warm! Excellent hearty breakfast. These are boiled fresh eggs, delicious coffee, muesli, juice, fruit, bread, butter, pastries, jams. In the shower stall there is a large enough container for shampoo. Cleanliness, order. Nice discounts for restaurants and pizza orders.

This motel had exactly what I needed for my 1 week trip to Calgary with my family. The space is spacious enough, very clean, friendly staff and the continental breakfast is very well put together. Would definitely recommend

The accommodations is value for the money. Location has many places near to eat and you get a discount at Dennys which is next door. The staff were friendly and property in good shape. It was lovely to have a balcony as it snowed. The room is ample size and bathroom was clean. This is a lower budget motel with high end hotel service minus a concierge or Bell Hop or Fine Dining. The complimentary self-serve breakfast foods provided exceded expectations.

The bathtub stopper was annoying but its common in places so not a reflection on property its just that I don't like these as they don't drain fast.
