Everything was immaculately clean. We asked for a quiet room, so we were put on the second floor, which I should have thought of when booking, because it was just a wee struggle for me to carry luggage up and down the stairs. Thankfully, I have a strong and capable husband to help out. I would suggest reducing the slippery floor of the shower, as there was no mat and it was dangerous. Staff person on duty when we arrived went over and above to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.

Already mentioned the stairs to the second floor; and the slippery shower floor.

We did not take advantage of breakfast during our stay . I chose the motel for its price and location . When I arrived I was very pleasantly surprised to find bright , modern furniture and fixtures .

Initially I had booked a single room with a queen sized bed. The room was great , the bed very comfortable ! The following day I upgraded to a room with two double sized beds . Again , the room was great , but the beds were extremely uncomfortable. We could feel every bed spring! It is my understanding that the motel was preparing to upgrade those mattresses.

Super friendly and professional staff at the front desk. They had a personally addressed welcome letter in the room upon check in and called the room about 5-10 min after checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. Convenient location and clean room.

A little noisy from nearby rooms as the wall is a little thin. I didn’t know how to operate the coffee machine so an instruction would be helpful. No bath tub shower only.

Very clean. Really great staff all around. Use if fridge and could order a microwave for the room. Great neighbourhood to walk around and walk pet even though the hotel faces a busy road. Lots of convenient stores and places to eat near by.

The heavy- footed people in the room above! And, they were up and busy at 4 am.

I was happy I chose the extra wide bed for only a bit higher cost because it was super comfortable. The room and washroom were very up-to-date, clean and had everything we needed.

having the sink outside the washroom lacked privacy but was not very important since everything else was quite convenient. With the extra wide bed there was not a lot of floor space around it but again this was not an issue for us.

The person who checked us in was SO friendly and welcoming. There were some nice details like a welcome letter, robes and a call to check on us that added to the stay. The facility is older, but has been nicely updated. We wanted to get an early start on the way to Banff and Jasper, so this location worked well for us too.

The room was very clean and neatly arranged. Everything exceeded our expectations and the staff were friendly. It was also very closer to our destinations so the location of this hotel is amazing. We would definitely come back to stay here when we are in Calgary

Everything was good

We enjoyed staying at Centro Motel. It was our first experience in such a facility, but it was a pleasant one. The room was always cleaned by the time we returned, and the bed was comfortable. I even asked for an electric kettle, and the staff tried to find one for me. Although I ended up not needing it, it was nice that my request was acknowledged.

There is nothing I didn't actually like. The Internet speed was a bit an issue, but I know that they're working on solving it.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very nice, clean, comfortable and all the facilities looked new and were modern and up-to-date. The extra wide bed was expecially nice.

Having the sink outisde of the washroom made for a lack of privacy and noise and light insulation when one person is sleeping and the other is not but this was not a big problem for us at all.

Centro Motel exceeded our expectations! Room were comfortable and super clean. Staff is amazingly kind and helpful. It didn't feel like a motel at all! Everything was perfect inside the room, clean towels that were actually clean, bathrobes, hairdryer. Last but not least they are truly pet friendly, even our dogs approved the stay and were spoiled with clean blankets, treats and even toys and poop bags! Just AMAZING

Vent in the room was very noisy but wasn't an actual problem. The good things about the room definitely outnumbered this only particular.
